Such a good finale. I had missed a well put together, well writen, well acted finale and this one hit on point. The whole team pulling together to get Carter our of trouble, the whole mystery behind Carter's background finally exposed, Scott is gone and Jaimie and Dean shared eye-sex, Ty is just as lovely as ever and perhaps a new female for Carter, Pacey's sister?? Loved it! I hope this show comes back because it's def got loads of potential. Plus I loved the Captain, he's love too <3
And my favorite line of the night. "Those guys you call liars are the ones who know the real you and still like you." SWOON, DAMMIT DEAN, YOU'RE A FUCKING ROMANTIC! I love it when my boys step to the plate and deliver these lines.
They're SO hitting the Dean/Jaimie angst next season, I love how they've developed their affair/friendship/partnership. I fully expect them to fuck up against all the walls while we're on break.
Sigh. Now... I have no show to watch. No True Blood. No Dark Blue. But fear not! Big Bang Theory starts Monday and anyone care to share their thoughts on Vampire Diaries? I have not been attracted to it - at all - there's only so much vampire love triangles a girl can handle a lifetime, you know, but if it's worth it please let me know. Also, can someone tell me how many more seasons Lost has before it's done? I need to know which guy Kate ends up with before I can become emotionally invested in it =/ What? You JUST discovered that I'm ship driven? :P
On other news... I saw Dark Blue!!! OMG, Dean/Jaimie were totally in the background but this week's episode was so sad and awesome, a few moments there I thought I would die. Serious moral dilemas for Dean and Jaimie was totally jealous of slutty!girlfriend and Dean is totally jealous of white!bread!Scott. These two just need to admit it's not just sex. They need to do something with Carter soon because he's honestly the character I least like no matter how awesome his business cards are. I also loved Ty in this one, he's totally the brooder of the groop. I mean, Dean brood but he's a workahollic but Ty just broods. Such a good show, I can't wait for next week's episode, crooked cop episode? Sounds like a winner, plus it means that Ty/Carter will yell at each other's faces and that's always yummy.
Oh man. This episode absolutely rocked! We finally got to see some good Carter stuff instead of him just issuing orders. I was like DYING for Ty who was the one who was knee-deep in trouble. The scene when they beat Ty up in prison was so real and my heart was just in my throat and it was like the first 5 minutes of the episode so I knew it was going to be a good one.
Carter just has a lot of demons in his past and I love that Dean basically knows them all and he tells little stories about it here and there.
Now. On to the important stuff. They continue making me absolutely LOVE Dean/Jaimie. EVERYTHING about them. From the "So he cooks for you too?" (yeah, he's not jealous at ALL) to the "Every since I got back with Scott -" these two just need to get in a room and fuck because it's obvious that they like one another so it's moved to this awesome sexual tension. YAY SEXUAL TENSION!!
Next week's episode looks SO effing amazing, I can't wait! Is it Wednesday yet?
ETA: So I like changed my layout also. As much as I loved my classics I'm so feeling Michelle right now, she's so fucking gorgeous.
Because I am still in love with this scene I've decided to make another picspam. I'm working on some icons for this same episode which I will be posting at listada_icones
Wall!Sex?? Wall-sex?? The last time I had the pleasure of seeing wall-sex was Spike/Buffy. Man! I'm so in love with this ship! It's complicated and gritty and actually very realistic. The final scene? Killed. Me. He shows up at her door. She's back with her boyfriend. How classic can it get? They're so going to milk this relationship but I'm glad they've at least cleared up that the problem behind it all is that he wants what Ty has. He wants the family and the home and the quiet conversations. I mean... he didn't even want to randomly hook up because he knew he was meeting her later on. Sigh. I need to do another picspam!
While Brown may not be the greatest wordsmith, no one can accuse him of not doing his homework. His stories are bursting with historical facts and controversial theories that, on the page, coalesce…
