Chief Executive Officer
Scott Boatwright is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Appointed in November 2024, Mr. Boatwright previously served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since August 2024. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer/Chief Restaurant Officer since May 2017. Mr. Boatwright was named “Operations CREATOR of the Year” by Nation’s Restaurant News in 2021 and named to Fast Casual’s “2020 Top 25 Executives” list.
Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Boatwright spent 18 years with Arby’s Restaurant Group in various leadership positions. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for the performance of over 1,700 Arby’s restaurants in numerous states.
Mr. Boatwright is a member of Business Roundtable, Business Council, and National Restaurant Association’s Fast Casual Industry Council. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Chief Financial Officer
Adam Rymer is the Chief Financial Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill, responsible for corporate and field financial planning and analysis, as well as the financial reporting, tax, treasury and investor relations functions. Mr. Rymer is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. He previously served as Vice President of Finance and has held a variety of positions in Finance and People Experience since joining the organization in 2009. Additionally, he is the Treasurer of the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation. In 2025, Mr. Rymer was named Extel All America Best CFO for the restaurant sector.
Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Rymer held corporate finance positions at Rock Bottom Restaurants and Travelocity and was also a Which Wich franchisee.
Mr. Rymer has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

President, Chief Brand Officer
Chris Brandt is the President, Chief Brand Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Since joining the company in 2018, Mr. Brandt has focused on transforming Chipotle into a purpose driven lifestyle brand, making it more visible and culturally relevant with consumers. Mr. Brandt is responsible for all aspects of Marketing—including creative, media, culinary innovation, social, loyalty and analytics—as well as new restaurant development. Building brand engagement and affinity, Mr. Brandt has created award-winning marketing campaigns for Chipotle and was named Ad Age A-List Awards’ Best Brand CMO (2023), an Adweek Marketing Vanguard Awards (2024) winner, and featured on Variety 10: Entertainment Advertising Leaders (2024), Forbes’s World’s Most Influential CMOs (2024), Campaign US’s CMO 50 (2025), The Drum Rebel 50 (2025), Adweek Innovator 50 (2025), and Business Insider’s Most Innovative CMOs (2025) lists.
Prior to joining Chipotle, Mr. Brandt was Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., where he was responsible for all marketing activities across Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's. Mr. Brandt also served as the Chief Brand Officer for Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., where he launched Live Más, Doritos Locos Tacos, breakfast and the mobile app.
Mr. Brandt serves on the Board of Directors for The Hershey Company. He has an undergraduate degree in economics from The University of California, San Diego and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School at The University of California, Los Angeles.

President, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer
Curt Garner is the President, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Customer and Technology Officer for nearly a decade since joining the organization in November 2015. Mr. Garner has been instrumental in developing Chipotle’s digital platform and the integration of technology across the organization as well as ensuring data security. His leadership has secured global recognition for Chipotle’s platforms including the award-winning Chipotle app and the brand’s loyalty program, Chipotle Rewards. In 2020, Mr. Garner was named to the CIO Hall of Fame, and in 2025, he was featured on Forbes’s CIO Next list, recognizing the top 50 leaders using tech for business impact.
Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Garner worked at Starbucks Corporation for 17 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He led the brand’s global technology and engineering services and was responsible for creating and building the Starbucks app, loyalty program, website and mobile payment. Before that, Mr. Garner was responsible for leading the development and deployment of technology for Wendy’s international division as well as the technology that supported Tim Hortons initial expansion into the U.S. marketplace.
Mr. Garner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University.

Chief Corporate Affairs and Food Safety Officer
Laurie Schalow is the Chief Corporate Affairs and Food Safety Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill. In her role, Ms. Schalow oversees all internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, customer service, social listening, food safety and quality assurance for the brand’s 4,000+ restaurants in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Additionally, Ms. Schalow is responsible for oversight of The Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, where she serves as President.
Recognized for her work and dedication to furthering the communications industry, Ms. Schalow has been named to Nation’s Restaurant News’s Power List (2025), Business Insider’s ‘Most Influential PR Pros’ list (2021, 2020), Fast Casual’s Top Movers and Shakers list (2021), PRNews’ Top Women in PR list (2021), and received PR Week’s “Most Purposeful In-House Communicator” Award (2020).
Prior to joining Chipotle in 2017, Ms. Schalow was Vice President of Public Affairs for Yum! Brands, overseeing global corporate social responsibility, public relations, crisis management, social listening and community diversity programs for the 44,000 KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants in 140 countries.
Ms. Schalow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Miami University and received her Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve and Wayne State University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Restaurant Association where she chairs the Advocacy Strategy Committee. Ms. Schalow is also an advisory board member for Wine Country Women as well as a member of the Fast Company Impact Council, Forbes Communications Council and the International Women’s Forum.

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
Roger Theodoredis is the Chief Legal Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill, and he also oversees Government Relations.
Prior to joining Chipotle in 2018, Mr. Theodoredis served as General Secretary of Danone North America, overseeing legal, public affairs, communications, scientific affairs and corporate security. His previously held roles also include Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The WhiteWave Foods Company and Division General Counsel for Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb. Mr. Theodoredis spent more than a decade at Chiquita Brands International in a number of legal roles, including Assistant General Counsel. He began his career at Drinker Biddle & Reath, a Philadelphia law firm.
Mr. Theodoredis holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Ilene Eskenazi is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Prior to joining Chipotle in 2023, Ms. Eskenazi served as the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer for Petco Health and Wellness Company, where she oversaw compensation and benefits, human resources operations, talent management, as well as all legal matters. Before moving to Petco, Ms. Eskenazi was the Global General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at Boardriders, Inc. (previously Quiksilver, Inc.). She also held the post of Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Talent Operations and Performance at True Religion Apparel, Inc. as well as senior leadership positions at Red Bull North America, Inc. and The Wonderful Company.
Ms. Eskenazi serves on the Board of Directors of a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles’ School of Law as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Michigan.

Chief Operating Officer
Jason Kidd is the Chief Operating Officer at Chipotle. He joined the organization in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing operations of the company's 4,000+ restaurants.
Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Kidd served as the Global Chief Operating Officer at Taco Bell. Before joining Taco Bell, he held the role of President of Hearing Lab Technology, LLC. Mr. Kidd spent six years leading operations at 99 Cents Only Stores, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, he held roles of increasing responsibility across operations, merchandising, planning and supply chain at Sam's Club for 20 years. Mr. Kidd currently serves on Share our Strength's No Kid Hungry Dine Advisory Board.
Mr. Kidd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

Vice President of Food Safety
Kerry Bridges is the Vice President of Food Safety for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Ms. Bridges oversees food safety standards, quality assurance and procedures.
Prior to joining Chipotle, Ms. Bridges oversaw supplier food safety for the world’s largest food retailer, Wal-Mart, serving over 200 million customers around the world on a weekly basis. During her time at Wal-Mart, Kerry’s food safety oversight included tens of thousands of Wal Mart’s, Neighborhood Market’s, and Sam’s Clubs food suppliers, in addition to researching and assessing new and emerging food safety issues and handling regulatory compliance. Prior to Wal-Mart, Ms. Bridges food safety career included roles with TESCO and Jack in the Box, Inc.
Ms. Bridges is the past president of the International Association for the Southern California Affiliate of Food Protection (IAFP) and former board member of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI). She attended California Polytechnic State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in food science.

Vice President, Brand Marketing
Stephanie Perdue is the Vice President of Brand Marketing at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing brand strategy, advertising, innovation, experiential, social media and brand activation. An expert marketer with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Ms. Perdue is recognized as a catalyst for insight-driven strategy, category-leading innovation and disruptive integrated marketing.
Ms. Perdue’s career experience spans both the restaurant and entertainment industries. Prior to Chipotle, Ms. Perdue served as the Chief Marketing Officer at TGI Fridays, where she led brand strategy and planning, development and execution of marketing, advertising, digital/off premise and culinary. She also held senior leadership roles at Taco Bell for over 12 years, ultimately serving as the Chief Product Marketing Officer, responsible for driving marketing strategy and innovation, including leading the teams that designed Doritos Locos Tacos, Taco Bell breakfast and the value menu.
Ms. Perdue’s accomplishments include generating record sales and profit for Fortune 500 companies, receiving Adweek’s Advertising Women of New York “Changing the Game” Award, being inducted into Ad Age’s 2020 Class of Women to Watch, and being featured as one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business in 2016. Stephanie holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a business economics undergraduate degree from UCLA.

Chief Business Development Officer
Nate Lawton is the Chief Business Development Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing international business development opportunities, emerging concepts and partnership strategy.
Prior to joining Chipotle, Mr. Lawton spent over 20 years at Procter & Gamble working across Fabric Care, Beauty Care, Personal Health Care and Food & Beverage. He held several senior leadership roles at P&G in North America and Asia, ultimately serving as the Vice President of North America Fabric Care, where he consistently delivered industry-leading results.
Mr. Lawton also codeveloped and sold his own business, George Remus Bourbon, to MGP Ingredients Inc. in 2016. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Vice President, Digital Experiences
Nicole West is the Vice President of Digital Experiences for Chipotle Mexican Grill. As a proven leader with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Ms. West is responsible for the products that bring Chipotle’s digital ecosystem to life, including Chipotle.com, the award-winning Chipotle app, Chipotle Rewards and Chipotle Digital Kitchens located inside Chipotle restaurants. She oversees robotic innovation, UI/UX design, product management, the development and execution of Chipotle’s integrated ‘customer-first’ digital roadmap, as well as customer activation through Chipotle’s world class CRM and loyalty program. Under Ms. West’s leadership, Chipotle’s digital business has achieved significant growth reaching the $4 billion-dollar revenue milestone in 2024. During this time of rapid growth, Ms. West ensures Chipotle’s digital products connect consumers with the Chipotle brand, driving exceptional user experiences, sales, convenience and access.
In March 2020, Ms. West received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Hospitality Technology who recognized her dedication to the industry as an influential female executive at their ‘Top Women in Restaurant Technology’ awards. In 2023, she was honored as one of ‘Retail’s Top Women in Technology’ by Chain Store Age.
Ms. West holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geography and environmental studies and a Master of Public Administration and Environmental Policy degree from University of Colorado, Denver.

Vice President, Culinary at Chipotle Mexican Grill
Nevielle Panthaky is the Vice President of Culinary at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing culinary strategy, menu innovation, product commercialization and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing and operations. Mr. Panthaky, a classically trained chef who joined the organization in 2018, is recognized for insight-driven menu creation, category-leading innovation and scalable execution rooted in real ingredients and classical techniques. He guides teams of chefs and cross-functional experts from initial validation through pilots and national launches and leads experimentation at the Chipotle Cultivate Center, an innovation kitchen at UCI Research Park in Irvine, California.
Mr. Panthaky’s career spans hotels, fine dining and leading national restaurant brands. Raised by a hotelier and immersed in hospitality, Mr. Panthaky moved to the United States over two decades ago. He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2003 and began his career in New York’s fine-dining restaurants. Subsequent roles included culinary leadership at P.F. Chang’s, Panda Restaurant Group and Dine Brands.
Mr. Panthaky holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business.

Vice President of Finance
Michael Johnston is the Vice President of Finance at Chipotle Mexican Grill, leading the company’s global Finance organization in support of its mission to Cultivate a Better World. Mr. Johnston oversees Corporate, Field, Development and Sales/Supply Chain Finance, where his teams deliver sophisticated analytics and influential strategic support that drive growth, build efficiency and promote innovation across the business. Mr. Johnston has spent nearly 11 years with Chipotle, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility within the Finance function.
Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Johnston served as a Financial Analyst at Accenture, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, operations and client service that informs his approach to strategic partnership and decision support.

Chief Development Officer
Stephen Piacentini is the Chief Development Officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill, responsible for enterprise development strategy, new restaurant growth, portfolio optimization and real estate execution. He partners across the organization to expand access to Chipotle’s real food in domestic and international markets, fueling the company’s next phase of growth.
Most recently, Mr. Piacentini served as the U.S. Chief Development Officer at The Wendy’s Company for more than four years, where he led U.S. new unit development by collaborating with existing franchisees, recruiting new franchise partners and strategically activating real estate opportunities. Prior to that, he was the Chief Development Officer at Jimmy John’s. Mr. Piacentini also spent more than 13 years at Taco Bell in Finance and Development roles.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics from Pitzer College and a Master of Business in Economics and Politics from The Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.

Vice President, Operations Services
Garrett Calderwood is the Vice President of Operations Services at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing the strategies, tools and support that enable operational excellence, consistency and scalability across the company’s restaurants. A results-driven operator with deep field experience, Mr. Calderwood focuses on simplifying execution, strengthening team capabilities and elevating the guest and crew member experience. Mr. Calderwood joined Chipotle over 11 years ago, most recently serving as Regional Vice President, where he was responsible for over 450 restaurants across the Northeast U.S. He led seven Directors, 60 Multi-Unit Leaders and all regional support staff across seven Chipotle sub-regions covering eight states.
Before joining Chipotle, Mr. Calderwood was a Field Consultant for 7-Eleven and began his career as a Regional Account Manager at Bloomberg.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from Eckerd College.
