This individual will serve as the primary administrator for Royal Caribbean’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform while supporting its Media Asset Management (MAM) environment, with roughly 60% of their focus dedicated to DAM administration and 40% to MAM operations. They will manage day-to-day asset workflows, media ingestion, metadata tagging, cataloging, archiving, user access requests, and asset distribution while partnering closely with marketing, production, and creative teams. REMOTE (PST) – Associate Marketing Manager

A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE (PST) Associate Studios Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Publishing Team. This person will be embedded in go-to-market campaigns and day-to-day partnership operations across our portfolio of games, and sit between production and marketing ? keeping projects on track, managing the feedback loop between 3rd party partners and our internal teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and process-driven. This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to everything they do. In this role you will ? Support go-to-market plans and campaigns across first-party portfolio in partnership with external 3rd party IP partners ? Sit at the intersection of production and marketing, keeping both sides up to date on key due dates, production schedules, and partner feedback loop ? Gather and organize agenda bullets ahead of both internal team and external partner calls ? Take precise, detailed notes during internal and external calls, posting recaps to relevant slack channels in a timely manner. ? Manage asset and content submissions to partners via Airtable, including writing clear and thorough submission write-ups and context for each deliverable ? Own the feedback loop ? receiving partner feedback, summarizing and contextualizing it for internal teams, and routing it appropriately ? Monitor production schedules closely, proactively following up with the partner to provide timely feedback and holding internal teams accountable to delivery deadlines ? Collaborate with video and creative studio CS teams to establish partner-facing production schedules that clearly communicate production phases of an asset and feedback due dates ? Manage and consistently update run-of-show documents as campaigns move into go-to-market rollout ? Develop and submit asset briefs for projects as needed ? The Studio Marketing team connects users to those experiences via compelling marketing campaigns across in-game moments, platforms, and touchpoints in connection with 3rd party IP partners. This small but mighty team manages a high volume of content across multiple game titles that leverage entertainment IP. Looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with deep mobile marketing expertise to build and execute go-to-market plans for Mobile games within a portfolio of titles, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. This role is focused on launching new titles and building sustain marketing strategies that advance the goal of disruptive innovation in mobile gaming. You?ll bring a strong command of the mobile landscape to drive distribution and acquisition strategy, while orchestrating high-impact brand moments that draw on world-class games and unique entertainment and technology partnerships. Day-to-day, you?ll manage and develop go-to-market plans in close collaboration with external IP partners and a broad internal cross-functional team – including heads of product management, mobile development, and analytics. Comfort & experience working with leadership positions both internally and externally is essential.In this role you will ? Serve as the mobile marketing subject matter expert and lead for your title(s) – spanning traditional mobile marketing, paid media, funnel optimization, UA strategy, and a solid grasp of the underlying technology. ? Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for your assigned mobile game(s) and ongoing live service, driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders from strategy through launch and sustain ? This person will be combining the two worlds of data and English writing. This role does not touch coding, SQL or dashboards but instead is living within the reading comprehension space. Their day to day includes accurately labelling machine learning textual data to refine AI models. This will primarily involve annotating large volumes of textual data according to predefined guidelines. This person must be able to read, write and summarize at a high volume and high accuracy. The Pre-screening tests typing speed (30-60wpm), reading comprehension and pattern recognition. Finding those who are sharp and can navigate ambiguous technical jargon would be a great fit for the role! Experience with data labelling and data annotation are a huge plus! Those interacting independently with a chat bot, rating responses, do not have the reading comprehension skills required for the role.
