Le\u00a0refixage consiste \u00e0\u00a0appliquer un\u00a0adh\u00e9sif sous la\u00a0couche picturale pour faire adh\u00e9rer les\u00a0\u00e9cailles et\u00a0les\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9placages\u00a0\u00bb au\u00a0support. La\u00a0consolidation se\u00a0concentre sur les\u00a0couches pulv\u00e9rulentes, pauvres en\u00a0liant, dont les\u00a0pigments en\u00a0surface sont\u00a0volatils, comme c\u2019est le\u00a0cas du\u00a0pastel. Cette op\u00e9ration n\u00e9cessite l\u2019application d\u2019un adh\u00e9sif en surface afin de lier les particules entre elles.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche p\u00e9dagogique repose sur une\u00a0d\u00e9marche exp\u00e9rimentale, et\u00a0s\u2019appuie sur des\u00a0recherches scientifiques men\u00e9es depuis les\u00a0ann\u00e9es\u00a01980 \u00e0\u00a0nos\u00a0jours<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>. En\u00a0effet, l\u2019application de\u00a0certains adh\u00e9sifs peut modifier l\u2019\u00e9tat de\u00a0surface des\u00a0\u0153uvres en\u00a0entra\u00eenant des\u00a0variations de\u00a0brillance ou\u00a0d\u2019opacit\u00e9. Les\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs peuvent \u00e9galement alt\u00e9rer les\u00a0contrastes en\u00a0modifiant l\u2019absorption des\u00a0pigments, ce\u00a0qui risque \u00e0\u00a0terme de\u00a0provoquer l\u2019apparition de\u00a0taches ou\u00a0d\u2019aur\u00e9oles.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration des\u00a0\u00e9chantillons<\/h3>\n<p>Les\u00a0couches picturales non\u00a0vernies se\u00a0caract\u00e9risent par leur\u00a0r\u00e9flexion lumineuse. Une\u00a0surface irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re prend un\u00a0aspect mat en\u00a0diffusant la\u00a0lumi\u00e8re qu\u2019elle re\u00e7oit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle microscopique selon de\u00a0multiples directions. Une\u00a0surface lisse prend quant \u00e0\u00a0elle un\u00a0aspect brillant en\u00a0renvoyant la\u00a0lumi\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9culaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en\u00a0renvoyant les\u00a0rayons lumineux re\u00e7us \u00e0\u00a0sa\u00a0surface selon un autre angle et\u00a0une\u00a0autre intensit\u00e9, avec bien moins de\u00a0dispersion. La proportion de liant dans une couche picturale d\u00e9termine l\u2019\u00e9tat de surface du film, et donc sa brillance. Ce\u00a0comportement est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0concentration pigmentaire volumique\u00a0\u00bb (CPV), d\u00e9finie comme le\u00a0rapport entre le\u00a0volume des\u00a0pigments et\u00a0le\u00a0volume total des\u00a0pigments. Cette mesure est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur le\u00a0volume de\u00a0liant\u00a0sec, autrement dit la proportion de solvant mise en \u0153uvre pour dissoudre le liant n\u2019est pas prise en compte\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Une CPV \u00e9lev\u00e9e t\u00e9moigne d\u2019une\u00a0couche picturale mate, pulv\u00e9rulente, opaque mais d\u00e9satur\u00e9e et\u00a0fragilis\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0cause d\u2019une concentration en\u00a0liant insuffisante. \u00c0\u00a0l\u2019inverse, une\u00a0CPV faible r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une couche picturale plus ou\u00a0moins translucide et\u00a0peu couvrante, due \u00e0\u00a0une\u00a0concentration en\u00a0pigments trop\u00a0faible. Lorsque la\u00a0CPV d\u00e9passe un\u00a0certain seuil, on\u00a0atteint ce\u00a0que l\u2019on\u00a0nomme \u00ab\u00a0concentration pigmentaire volumique critique\u00a0\u00bb (CPVC)\u00a0: les\u00a0pigments ne\u00a0sont plus enrob\u00e9s correctement par le\u00a0liant, alt\u00e9rant la\u00a0texture, la\u00a0structure et\u00a0la\u00a0stabilit\u00e9 de\u00a0la\u00a0couche picturale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour caract\u00e9riser ces\u00a0d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres, nous cr\u00e9ons des\u00a0\u00e9prouvettes pr\u00e9sentant des\u00a0alt\u00e9rations volontaires, sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0\u00a0nos sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s. En\u00a0partant d\u2019une\u00a0CPV dite \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb (environ 50\u00a0% de\u00a0liant pour 50\u00a0% de\u00a0pigments), nous\u00a0faisons varier les\u00a0proportions selon la\u00a0nature des\u00a0pigments. Certains pigments plus\u00a0absorbants, comme les\u00a0terres et\u00a0les\u00a0bleus, doivent n\u00e9cessairement recevoir un\u00a0apport plus important en\u00a0liant (environ 60\u00a0% de\u00a0liant pour 40\u00a0% de\u00a0pigments), tandis\u00a0que les\u00a0pigments moins poreux demandent une\u00a0proportion inverse. En\u00a0d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrant ces\u00a0relations, nous\u00a0pouvons cr\u00e9er nos\u00a0alt\u00e9rations. Les\u00a0couches sont ensuite soumises \u00e0\u00a0des\u00a0sollicitations m\u00e9caniques (torsions, tractions) et\u00a0\u00e0 un\u00a0s\u00e9chage acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 au\u00a0moyen d\u2019un courant d\u2019air\u00a0chaud, afin\u00a0de provoquer craquelures et\u00a0soul\u00e8vements.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_11700\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11700\" class=\"wp-image-11700\" src=\"https:\/\/inp.hypotheses.org\/files\/2026\/01\/bilger_rollot__fig_2__ok-500x624.jpg\" alt=\"figure 2. Aussi, avant d\u2019\u00e9tablir un\u00a0protocole de\u00a0consolidation fond\u00e9 sur une s\u00e9lection d\u2019adh\u00e9sifs, r\u00e9alisons-nous des\u00a0tests de\u00a0sensibilit\u00e9 aux\u00a0solvants sur des\u00a0\u00e9prouvettes.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0comportement optique est \u00e9valu\u00e9 suite \u00e0\u00a0des\u00a0tests \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0goutte\u00a0\u00bb en\u00a0surface des\u00a0mat\u00e9riaux, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les\u00a0effets ind\u00e9sirables tels la\u00a0migration des\u00a0produits de\u00a0d\u00e9gradation vers\u00a0la\u00a0surface ou\u00a0le\u00a0gonflement des\u00a0mat\u00e9riaux, et\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9viter de\u00a0favoriser des\u00a0d\u00e9gradations telles\u00a0que la\u00a0lixiviation de la\u00a0peinture ou\u00a0la\u00a0d\u00e9naturation de\u00a0certaines prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir nos\u00a0choix, nous nous appuyons sur des\u00a0ouvrages de\u00a0r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a> et\u00a0des\u00a0outils scientifiques\u00a0: le\u00a0triangle de\u00a0Teas classe les\u00a0solvants selon leur\u00a0polarit\u00e9 et\u00a0leurs interactions mol\u00e9culaires. La\u00a0priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0un\u00a0solvant polaire\u00a0(eau) dont le\u00a0pH est \u00e9ventuellement ajust\u00e9<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a> \u2013\u00a0on parle alors d\u2019\u00ab\u00a0eau ajust\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb. Enfin, le\u00a0rendu optique est un\u00a0crit\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant. En\u00a0l\u2019occurrence, les\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs naturels offrent une\u00a0finition plus\u00a0mate que les\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs synth\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<h4>Adh\u00e9sifs utilis\u00e9s et\u00a0pr\u00e9paration<\/h4>\n<p>Les adh\u00e9sifs sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s selon leurs caract\u00e9ristiques physico-chimiques, leur\u00a0compatibilit\u00e9 avec les\u00a0mat\u00e9riaux et\u00a0leur m\u00e9thode d\u2019application. Dans un\u00a0tableau sont class\u00e9es les\u00a0principales colles utilis\u00e9es, leurs\u00a0caract\u00e9ristiques et\u00a0leur\u00a0m\u00e9thode d\u2019application pour le\u00a0module [<em>annexe\u00a0<\/em><em>1<\/em>]. Nous\u00a0testons des\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs naturels tels\u00a0que la\u00a0colle d\u2019esturgeon, la\u00a0colle d\u2019algue (<em>funori<\/em>) et\u00a0la\u00a0colle de\u00a0peau, et\u00a0des\u00a0colles issues de\u00a0d\u00e9riv\u00e9s cellulosiques, notamment les\u00a0\u00e9thers de\u00a0cellulose comme la\u00a0m\u00e9thylcellulose\u00a0(MC) et\u00a0l\u2019hydroxypropylcellulose (HPMC) de\u00a0la\u00a0marque Klucel\u00a0G<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>. Enfin, nous \u00e9valuons l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de\u00a0plusieurs adh\u00e9sifs synth\u00e9tiques, parmi lesquels les\u00a0r\u00e9sines acryliques Plextol<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0B500, Primal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0E330S et\u00a0Paralo\u00efd<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0B72, ainsi\u00a0que le\u00a0polym\u00e8re aliphatique Aquazol<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> (de\u00a0poids mol\u00e9culaire\u00a0200).<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration des adh\u00e9sifs<\/h4>\n<p>Les colles d\u2019esturgeon et le\u00a0<em>funori<\/em> ont un\u00a0mode de pr\u00e9paration similaire puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de\u00a0partir d\u2019une\u00a0mati\u00e8re brute solide pour arriver \u00e0\u00a0un\u00a0liquide visqueux. Le\u00a0<em>funori<\/em>\u00a0est constitu\u00e9 de\u00a0filaments d\u2019algue s\u00e9ch\u00e9s \u00e9pais et\u00a0jaunes. L\u2019esturgeon se\u00a0pr\u00e9sente sous la\u00a0forme de\u00a0morceaux de\u00a0la\u00a0vessie natatoire du\u00a0poisson. La\u00a0pr\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessite de\u00a0l\u2019anticipation, puisque les\u00a0deux colles doivent \u00eatre immerg\u00e9es pendant\u00a012 \u00e0\u00a024\u00a0heures, dans une\u00a0quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau suffisante pour provoquer leur\u00a0gonflement.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_11703\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11703\" class=\"wp-image-11703\" src=\"https:\/\/inp.hypotheses.org\/files\/2026\/01\/bilger_rollot__fig_3__ok-500x511.jpg\" alt=\"figure 3. Le\u00a0<em>funori<\/em> est\u00a0chauff\u00e9 au\u00a0bain-marie pendant\u00a030 \u00e0\u00a060\u00a0minutes sans d\u00e9passer la\u00a0temp\u00e9rature de\u00a040\u00a0\u00b0C afin\u00a0de pr\u00e9server ses\u00a0propri\u00e9t\u00e9s adh\u00e9sives. Les\u00a0morceaux de\u00a0vessie d\u2019esturgeon sont quant \u00e0\u00a0eux sortis de\u00a0l\u2019eau \u2013\u00a0qui\u00a0est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e et\u00a0mise \u00e0\u00a0chauffer. Les\u00a0morceaux de\u00a0vessies mac\u00e9r\u00e9s sont \u00e9cras\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une\u00a0texture p\u00e2teuse et\u00a0collante. Une\u00a0fois l\u2019eau suffisamment chauff\u00e9e, les\u00a0fragments y\u00a0sont plong\u00e9s pour poursuivre le\u00a0processus. L\u2019\u00e9tape finale de\u00a0la\u00a0pr\u00e9paration des\u00a0deux colles est une\u00a0filtration \u00e0\u00a0travers une\u00a0gaze pour leur\u00a0retirer un\u00a0maximum d\u2019impuret\u00e9s. Les\u00a0solutions sont ensuite \u00e9tal\u00e9es en\u00a0film fin sur un\u00a0Mylar<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> silicon\u00e9. Pour les\u00a0besoins du\u00a0module, la\u00a0Klucel\u00a0G est\u00a0dispers\u00e9e dans\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9thanol et\u00a0la\u00a0Tylose et\u00a0l\u2019Aquazol\u00a0200<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a> dans\u00a0l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Les adh\u00e9sifs synth\u00e9tiques comme le\u00a0Plextol\u00a0B500, le\u00a0Primal\u00a0E330S et\u00a0le\u00a0Paralo\u00efd\u00a0B72 sont commercialis\u00e9s en\u00a0solution pr\u00eates l\u2019emploi. Cependant, nous\u00a0avons dilu\u00e9 le\u00a0Plextol\u00a0B500 dans\u00a0l\u2019eau afin\u00a0de diminuer sa viscosit\u00e9 et\u00a0l\u2019utiliser avec un\u00a0a\u00e9rographe.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration et\u00a0la\u00a0mise en\u00a0place de\u00a0ce\u00a0module exp\u00e9rimental mobilise le\u00a0sens de\u00a0l\u2019organisation et\u00a0les\u00a0connaissances de\u00a0tous, \u00e9tudiants comme encadrants.<\/p>\n<h3>Mise en\u00a0\u0153uvre des\u00a0essais<\/h3>\n<p>Quatre param\u00e8tres ont guid\u00e9 le\u00a0choix des\u00a0consolidants\u00a0: le\u00a0solvant, la\u00a0nature de\u00a0l\u2019adh\u00e9sif, la\u00a0concentration et\u00a0la\u00a0m\u00e9thode d\u2019application.<\/p>\n<p>Nous souhaitions avoir un\u00a0impact minime voire\u00a0nul sur\u00a0l\u2019aspect optique des\u00a0\u00e9prouvettes. Il\u00a0est int\u00e9ressant de\u00a0noter que, en\u00a0raison de\u00a0la\u00a0taille de\u00a0leurs mol\u00e9cules, les\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs mis en\u00a0solution ont\u00a0tendance \u00e0\u00a0assombrir plus\u00a0facilement les\u00a0mat\u00e9riaux sur lesquels ils\u00a0sont appliqu\u00e9s que les\u00a0dispersions ou les\u00a0\u00e9mulsions. \u00c0\u00a0noter que l\u2019association de\u00a0plusieurs adh\u00e9sifs est\u00a0possible et\u00a0parfois int\u00e9ressante afin\u00a0de s\u2019adapter aux\u00a0mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes d\u2019application ont\u00a0pu \u00eatre exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es durant ce\u00a0module. L\u2019a\u00e9rographe permet une\u00a0pulv\u00e9risation fine et\u00a0homog\u00e8ne, avec des\u00a0gouttelettes fines (environ\u00a01\u00a0mm de\u00a0diam\u00e8tre). Cette\u00a0technique est id\u00e9ale pour couvrir des\u00a0surfaces de mani\u00e8re uniforme. Cependant, le\u00a0souffle de\u00a0l\u2019a\u00e9rographe a\u00a0tendance \u00e0\u00a0endommager les\u00a0surfaces trop\u00a0pulv\u00e9rulentes.<\/p>\n<p>Le n\u00e9buliseur \u00e0\u00a0ultrasons projette des\u00a0micro-gouttelettes d\u2019adh\u00e9sifs (environ 5\u00a0\u00b5m de\u00a0diam\u00e8tre). Il\u00a0offre une\u00a0application douce et\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8re. La\u00a0cloche herm\u00e9tique de\u00a0la\u00a0table aspirante permet de\u00a0cr\u00e9er une\u00a0atmosph\u00e8re satur\u00e9e en\u00a0solvant, et\u00a0ainsi d\u2019employer des\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs insolubles dans\u00a0l\u2019eau, comme le\u00a0Paralo\u00efd\u00a0B72, en\u00a0impr\u00e9gnant d\u00e9licatement les\u00a0pigments. La\u00a0vapeur de\u00a0solvant en\u00a0enceinte permet d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019application au\u00a0pinceau d\u2019un\u00a0consolidant, et\u00a0favorise ainsi une\u00a0meilleure r\u00e9partition et\u00a0p\u00e9n\u00e9tration au\u00a0sein de\u00a0la\u00a0mati\u00e8re, sans d\u00e9placement de\u00a0pigments<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a>. Au\u00a0cours de\u00a0notre session n\u00e9anmoins, cette\u00a0m\u00e9thode n\u2019a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e qu\u2019en\u00a0th\u00e9orie par\u00a0manque de\u00a0temps.<\/p>\n<p>Le micro-doseur \u00e0\u00a0pression d\u2019air fonctionne gr\u00e2ce\u00a0\u00e0 une\u00a0seringue reli\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 un\u00a0compresseur. Cette technique permet de\u00a0contr\u00f4ler la\u00a0fr\u00e9quence et\u00a0la\u00a0taille des\u00a0gouttelettes d\u2019adh\u00e9sif appliqu\u00e9es sous les\u00a0\u00e9cailles. L\u2019utilisation pour\u00a0cela d\u2019une\u00a0table \u00e0\u00a0basse pression tend \u00e0 favoriser une\u00a0bonne r\u00e9partition de\u00a0l\u2019adh\u00e9sif.<\/p>\n<p>Une derni\u00e8re technique permet de\u00a0refixer les\u00a0\u00e9cailles en\u00a0surface \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019aide d\u2019une\u00a0application au\u00a0pinceau suivie d\u2019une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression au\u00a0travers d\u2019une\u00a0interface (qui\u00a0peut \u00eatre un\u00a0non-tiss\u00e9 de\u00a0polyester fin tel\u00a0le\u00a0Bondina<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ou\u00a0le\u00a0Hollytex<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>).<\/p>\n<p>Ces techniques peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9es pour optimiser la\u00a0consolidation tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019aspect original de\u00a0l\u2019\u0153uvre. Dans le\u00a0cadre de\u00a0ces\u00a0travaux pratiques, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur l\u2019utilisation de\u00a0l\u2019a\u00e9rographe, du\u00a0n\u00e9buliseur \u00e0\u00a0ultrasons (mis\u00a0au\u00a0point par\u00a0Stefan\u00a0Michalski et Carole\u00a0Dignard<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a>) et\u00a0de\u00a0l\u2019application au\u00a0pinceau \u00e0\u00a0travers une\u00a0interface en\u00a0non-tiss\u00e9 afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les\u00a0contacts directs avec la\u00a0couche picturale.<\/p>\n<h3>Cas pratiques par sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<h4>Arts graphiques et\u00a0livre<\/h4>\n<p>Nous avons choisi d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter la\u00a0consolidation de\u00a0techniques picturales vari\u00e9es telles\u00a0que le\u00a0pastel sec sur\u00a0papier verg\u00e9, la\u00a0peinture acrylique sur\u00a0diff\u00e9rents supports (carton, carte), et\u00a0la\u00a0peinture \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0d\u00e9trempe sur\u00a0parchemin.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la consolidation du\u00a0pastel\u00a0sec, nous avons utilis\u00e9 de\u00a0la\u00a0colle d\u2019esturgeon et\u00a0de la\u00a0m\u00e9thylcellulose projet\u00e9es \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019a\u00e9rographe et\u00a0au\u00a0n\u00e9buliseur \u00e0\u00a0ultrasons. Dans les\u00a0deux\u00a0cas, les\u00a0adh\u00e9sifs ont\u00a0entra\u00een\u00e9 un\u00a0assombrissement de\u00a0la\u00a0couche picturale et\u00a0\u2013\u00a0dans le\u00a0cas de l\u2019a\u00e9rographe\u00a0\u2013 une\u00a0dispersion des\u00a0pigments. Il\u00a0est int\u00e9ressant de\u00a0remarquer que le\u00a0n\u00e9buliseur \u00e0\u00a0ultrasons a\u00a0provoqu\u00e9 le\u00a0moins de\u00a0modification visuelle et\u00a0de\u00a0perte de\u00a0pigments au\u00a0moment de\u00a0la projection d\u2019adh\u00e9sif. Il\u00a0serait sans\u00a0doute profitable de\u00a0le\u00a0tester \u00e0\u00a0une\u00a0autre concentration ou\u00a0avec un\u00a0adh\u00e9sif moins visible.<\/p>\n<p>Le refixage de\u00a0la\u00a0peinture acrylique sur\u00a0carte a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec du\u00a0Plextol\u00a0B500 \u00e0\u00a01\u00a0% dans\u00a0l\u2019eau, appliqu\u00e9 au\u00a0pinceau fin sous les\u00a0\u00e9cailles soulev\u00e9es, ces\u00a0derni\u00e8res \u00e9tant ensuite fix\u00e9es par une\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression exerc\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0travers un\u00a0textile non-tiss\u00e9. Nous avons choisi de\u00a0conserver un\u00a0adh\u00e9sif soluble \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019eau car le\u00a0m\u00e9lange esturgeon-<em>funori<\/em> forme un\u00a0film peu\u00a0brillant dont la\u00a0texture et\u00a0la\u00a0structure diffusent la\u00a0lumi\u00e8re de\u00a0mani\u00e8re comparable \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0d\u00e9trempe. \u00c0\u00a0l\u2019inverse, certains adh\u00e9sifs synth\u00e9tiques produisent des\u00a0films plus\u00a0homog\u00e8nes, susceptibles d\u2019accentuer la\u00a0brillance de\u00a0la\u00a0surface peinte. Le\u00a0fort pouvoir collant de\u00a0l\u2019esturgeon li\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0souplesse du\u00a0<em>funori<\/em> permet en\u00a0outre \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0consolidation d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e9renne. En\u00a0effet, un\u00a0mat\u00e9riau comme le\u00a0parchemin subit de\u00a0nombreux changements dimensionnels en\u00a0fonction des\u00a0conditions thermo-hygrom\u00e9triques, ce\u00a0qui peut fragiliser la\u00a0couche picturale. Un\u00a0geste contr\u00f4l\u00e9 au\u00a0pinceau permet de\u00a0limiter l\u2019apport d\u2019eau en\u00a0surface, et\u00a0donc d\u2019\u00e9viter la\u00a0solubilisation des\u00a0pigments. L\u2019utilisation de\u00a0ce\u00a0mat\u00e9riau plastique, plut\u00f4t\u00a0souple, a\u00a0pour\u00a0but de\u00a0recr\u00e9er les\u00a0ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de\u00a0d\u00e9collement des\u00a0\u00e9cailles d\u2019engobe sur de\u00a0la c\u00e9ramique. Cependant, cette exp\u00e9rimentation n\u2019a\u00a0pas \u00e9t\u00e9 concluante.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la fa\u00efence biscuit\u00e9e, la\u00a0couche pulv\u00e9rulente a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 partiellement consolid\u00e9e au\u00a0moyen de\u00a0colle d\u2019esturgeon, pour l\u2019application de\u00a0laquelle l\u2019a\u00e9rographe a\u00a0donn\u00e9 de\u00a0meilleurs r\u00e9sultats que le\u00a0n\u00e9buliseur \u00e0\u00a0ultrasons. Le\u00a0Primal\u00a0E330S dilu\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 2\u00a0% dans\u00a0l\u2019eau et en\u00a0solution \u00e9thanolique a\u00a0offert une\u00a0consolidation efficace, accompagn\u00e9e toutefois d\u2019un\u00a0l\u00e9ger assombrissement et\u00a0d\u2019une\u00a0forte brillance.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le Melinex, les\u00a0\u00e9cailles d\u2019argile ont\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 stabilis\u00e9es efficacement par un\u00a0m\u00e9lange esturgeon-<em>funori<\/em> dilu\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 2,5\u00a0%, pr\u00e9servant l\u2019aspect\u00a0mat. En\u00a0revanche, la\u00a0Klucel\u00a0G dilu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 1\u00a0% dans\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9thanol a\u00a0laiss\u00e9 un\u00a0voile brillant, visuellement perturbant.<\/p>\n<h4>Peinture et mobilier<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019association de ces\u00a0deux sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s a\u00a0permis de\u00a0cr\u00e9er des\u00a0\u00e9prouvettes avec de\u00a0la\u00a0peinture \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0chaux et\u00a0de la\u00a0peinture \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0colle<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a> appliqu\u00e9es sur un\u00a0panneau plaqu\u00e9 de\u00a0h\u00eatre. Les\u00a0consolidations ont\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019a\u00e9rographe au\u00a0moyen de\u00a0Paralo\u00efd\u00a0B72 dilu\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 2\u00a0% dans l\u2019ac\u00e9tate d\u2019\u00e9thyle, donnant un\u00a0r\u00e9sultat satisfaisant. La\u00a0peinture \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0colle a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 consolid\u00e9e au\u00a0moyen de\u00a0carboxym\u00e9thylcellulose dilu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 2\u00a0% dans\u00a0l\u2019eau, en\u00a0un\u00a0passage. Les\u00a0tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0partir colle d\u2019esturgeon, de\u00a0Primal\u00a0E330S et\u00a0de\u00a0<em>funori<\/em> dilu\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 2\u00a0% dans l\u2019eau, avec une\u00a0diffusion au\u00a0n\u00e9buliseur, n\u2019ont\u00a0pas tous \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfaisants en\u00a0raison d\u2019un\u00a0manque de\u00a0p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de\u00a0l\u2019adh\u00e9sif, alors\u00a0que l\u2019application au\u00a0pinceau a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s\u00a0satisfaisante. L\u2019utilisation d\u2019une\u00a0solution d\u2019Aquazol\u00a0200 dilu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 1\u00a0% dans\u00a0l\u2019eau a\u00a0provoqu\u00e9 un\u00a0front d\u2019aur\u00e9ole.<\/p>\n<h4>Conclusion<\/h4>\n<p>Ce module exp\u00e9rimental transversal permet d\u2019explorer diff\u00e9rentes techniques de\u00a0consolidation adapt\u00e9es aux\u00a0couches picturales fragilis\u00e9es sur\u00a0divers supports, qu\u2019il\u00a0s\u2019agisse de\u00a0papier, de\u00a0parchemin, de\u00a0c\u00e9ramique ou\u00a0de\u00a0bois. Nous y observons l\u2019impact des\u00a0consolidants et\u00a0des\u00a0modes d\u2019application sur des\u00a0mat\u00e9riaux aux\u00a0comportements vari\u00e9s, mettant en\u00a0\u00e9vidence les\u00a0d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0consolidation des\u00a0couches picturales mates et\u00a0pulv\u00e9rulentes.
