Detention Continues Despite Expired Contract
ICE and CoreCivic are detaining people at the Torrance County facility despite the ICE contract expiring on Oct. 31, 2025. Advocates say this violates ICE policy and cite ongoing abuses, calling for the immediate release of all individuals held there.
