In Malay society, especially for the coastal Malay society, the terms of mythology has the value of local wisdom or local genius. The importance of myths in people’s lives, in literature, and the inheritance of oral traditions is the urgency of this paper. This study used sociocultural and ethnographic approaches with application to field research with several stages ranging from collecting data from both literature studies and field interactions, interviews, discussions, analysis, and socialization. The result shows that the coastal Malay society still keep the oral tradition of myths for generations. It was found that there are several kinds of myths in the coastal society in North Sumatera. Many groups change a written poem into musical. Not only creating musical poetry, this group also utilizes technological developments to publish it. The publication is done by uploading poetry musicalisation to social media so that it can be listened by public. One of the groups best known for the music he created is the Ari-Reda group, which from the beginning focused on the poems of Sapardi Djoko Damono. Of course, many things can be highlighted when looking at the process of reproduction of a work. One of them expressed a desire as an effort to fulfill themselves. Ari-Reda in this case, expressed desire through the poem "Aku Ingint" by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The results show that Ari-Reda's desire to the poemss as a fulfillment of desires between humans and humans and humans with love that is never finished because it never having time to say the desire.

To discover how Andrea Hirata write and illustrate the discovery of spaces as a form of a report from the places he visited and how he positioned himself as a traveler, used the theory of travel writing Carl Thompson to identify novel Edensor from concept Reporting The World, Revealing The Self, and Representing The Other. As a result, Andrea Hirata identified as a romantic traveler who tends to give a picture of himsel fas an autobiography and more to self-awareness (self-consciously) displayed in each trip made because the motivation to find himself. Moreover, he recognizes himself as inferior to the West because he comes from the East.

These events include standing, sitting, bending/squatting, side lying and lying toward the camera. The projection histograms of segmented human body silhouette are used as the main feature vector for posture classification. k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) algorithm and evidence accumulation technique is proposed to infer human postures. With this technique we have achieved a robust recognition rate of above 90% and a stable classifier's output. The modified classifier structure also improves greatly the recognition rate of lying toward the camera events as compared to the result of classifier's structure in GHOST (Haritaoglu et al., 1998). Furthermore, we use the speed of fall to differentiate real fall incident and an event where the person is simply lying without falling.

A Sentiment-Based Digital Library of Movie Review Documents Using Fedora / Une bibliothèque numérique de documents critiques de films basée sur les sentiments en utilisant Fedora

Firstly, we develop an automatic method for in-depth sentiment analysis and classification of movie review documents to provide sentiment orientations toward multiple perspectives of movies, such as overall opinion about the movie, director, and cast. By utilizing information extraction techniques such as entity extraction, co-referencing, and pronoun resolution, the review texts are segmented into multiple sections where each section contains multiple sentences and discusses a particular aspect of the reviewed movie. For each aspect section, a machine-learning algorithm, Support Vector Machine (SVM), is applied to determine sentiment orientation toward the target aspect. Secondly a prototype digital library is developed with the automatically analysed data to show the usefulness of sentiment-based browsing and searching. Using the system, the user can browse and search movies by sentiment polarity (positive, neutral, or negative) of multiple aspects in the movie. Finally, a usability evaluation is conducted to observe the effectiveness of the sentiment-based digital library.
