Stevens Aerospace had built a reputation for their uniquely personal, relationship-driven approach to aircraft maintenance, but their website and branding weren’t doing it justice. The challenge was to highlight their decades of expertise while capturing the warm, human touch that truly set them apart.

Hotjar heatmaps and session recording data
The goal of the new custom website we were building was to mirror the premium and effortless nature of the Stevens experience, as if users were being guided by a pro to find exactly what they needed. To make this happen, we used Hotjar heatmaps and session recordings to analyze user interactions. This allowed us to identify what was working, what needed improvement, and where to focus our efforts to optimize the user experience.
User personas and journey mapping
To further refine the user experience, we crafted detailed customer personas and mapped out unique journey scenarios. By viewing the site as a customer would, we identified specific gaps and pain points in the user flow and target areas for improvement.
Revamped layout and messaging
We created a clean, intuitive layout and approachable messaging that aligned with the Stevens brand, resulting in a more engaging user experience that reflected their values and reputation.

Standout employee spotlights
Since personalized service is central to the brand, our video production team a series of in-depth interviews that allowed Stevens employees to share their passion. In a single half-day shoot, we captured enough footage for four 30-second to one-minute videos and four 15-second versions.
