Mandatory Online Travel Requirement to Galapagos
All visitors must complete the Galapagos Biosafety Sworn Declaration Form online before flying to the Islands.
- Submit up to 48 hours before departure (recommended: the night before).
- Present the confirmation code at the airport and again upon arrival.
- The form opens in Spanish, and an English option appears once you click the screen.
