Waste management has an important role in creating awareness of all female students in paying att... more Waste management has an important role in creating awareness of all female students in paying attention to and preserving the environment in the cottage and in the community later. This study aims to find out about the form of waste management at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 1 and the views of environmental jurisprudence on waste management. This study uses a field research method (Field Research) with the approach used is a qualitative, descriptive-associative method. The primary data sources used are the results of observations, interviews and documentation. Secondary data sources are taken from books, magazines, and others. The results of this study explain the systematics of waste management at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 1 and the application of fiqh rules in waste management that already exist with the concept of maqasid shari'ah and ushuliyah fiqhiyyah rules which aim for the benefit of the people.
