This paper aims to determine the factors of defective products in the processing of poultry products in the industry. The causes of problems have been analyzed by systematic brainstorming of specialist consensus in the evaluation of problems to achieve unanimity on the violence level. The FMEA method uses the risk priority number (RPN), which indicates the priorities of risk problems and can evaluate three components: severity, occurrence and detection. Sometimes, this risk assessment leads to the wrong priorities. Therefore, we propose fuzzy FMEA methods for priority ranking of RPN and efficiently reducing poultry product defects, which are established based on fuzzy systems followed by comparison with conventional FMEA. The results indicate that the fuzzy FMEA method can efficiently and feasibly reduce poultry product defects.

The fuzzy FMEA method to improve the defects in sanitary ware manufacturing process

The problem was discovered scratches on the surface of the plated bath products. The causes of the scratches had been analyzed via Total Quality Management (TQM) by using pareto chart, cause and effect diagram, and Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) techniques for continuous improvements in product and determining the Risk Priority Numbers (RPN), which indicate the levels of risks associated with potential problems. These numbers are generally attained from past experience and engineering judgments, and this way of risk assessment sometimes leads to inaccuracies and inconsistencies during priority numbering. Fuzzy logic approach is preferable in order to remove these deficiencies in assigning the risk priority numbers. A fuzzy FMEA is applied to reduce the defects on sanitary ware products. The results indicate ...

Data to be interpreted were obtained from teachers (participants) in both vocational and general education using direct questions on the basis of participatory action research in the workshop operated by the researchers as a trainer or facilitator from 2011 2019. Based on behavioral model, the results of interpretation revealed negative trend due to misunderstanding. To reduce this misunderstanding, the model called ‘pyramid of educational architecture’ was created and expressed those terms in a systematic way. Using the pyramid during the workshop helps teachers gain new insights regarding those education-related terms.

The materials of this research were aluminium powder ingots (99.8%) and NaCl powder (99.0%) on the size of 30-50 mesh. The experiment was conducted between aluminum powder and NaCl which were mixed in ratio of 2:1 passing the compression molding force of 30kN into the cylindrical shape on ∅ 25 × 40mm. then heat treatment at 720 o C for 1hr. After that, the cylindrical was milled into the specimens of compression and microstructure test, then cleaning up the hot salt out. The results revealed that the aluminium foam can be synthesized through compressing process having a density of 1.1-1.2 g/cm3, porosity of 50-52% and compression of 16-17 MPa.

The experimental variable was forging temperature and analyzed the experiment results for determined the suitable condition in hot forging on two types Aluminum alloysAlSi1Mg:Al6063 and AlZn5.5MgCuAl7075. The forming temperature were 300-500 °C and the work pieces was passed heat treatment process for improving microstructure by determined the forming ratio at 50 percent and used the machine which had efficiency about 400 ton. The results of the experimental revealed that the forming temperature effected to the force from Hot forging of Aluminum alloys Pre-heat temperature were higher value, done the forming force were lower and the forming temperature also effected to the material hardness. Aluminum alloys Al6063 had the highness value in forming; grain size of forging temperature at 300°C was 6.72 μm.
The Effects of He–Ar-O2 Shielded Gas Addition on GTA Welding on Welded Shape of UNS S31803 Duplex Stainless Steel

The results show that amount of oxygen addition to He-Ar mixed shielding can significantly change the weld shape from a wide narrow type to narrow deep one and the weld depth/width ratio can be doubled due to the change in Marangoni convection condition from an outward to an inward direction.

The Risk Priority Number (RPN) is important in the FMEA method to evaluate a failure, which consists of 3 parameters: Severity (S), Occurrence (O), and Detection (D). In this paper, we reviewed papers in the period 2002 to 2012 in the international journals and find approaches used the RPN method in the organization are the most popular. The answers to this review will give an indication of current trends in research and the best guideline for future research in order to further address the known deficiencies associated with the traditional FMEA.

The PWHT process can be affected by differing parameters. The specimen was duplex stainless steel UNS31803 grade sheet of 10 mm thickness. The PWHT parameters were analyzed by application of full factorial design. The factors used in this study were PWHT temperature of 650, 750, and 850 ๐C with PWA time of 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours. The welded specimens were tested with micro vickers hardness and ferrite content testing according to ASTM E3-11 code. The result showed that both of PWHT temperature and PWHT time interaction on hardness and ferrite content for 95% confidential (P value < 0.05). The factor in most effect of hardness was the PWHT temperature of 850๐C and PWHT time for 4 hour at the hardness of 277.73 HV. The ferrite was the most ferrite content for 77.39% resulted in corrosion resistance due to suitable of PWHT temperature 750 ๐C and PWHT time for 8 hour. Finally, form PWHT proc...

Visual task was simulated on DVD read control circuit. Inspection task was performed by using computer. Subjects were 10 undergraduate randomly selected and test for 20/20. Then, subjects were divided into two groups, five for regular inspection (control group) and five for complex inspection (treatment group) tasks. Result was showed that performance on regular and complex inspectors was significantly difference at the level of 0.05. Inspector performance on regular inspection was showed high percentage on defects detected by using equal time to complex inspection. This would be indicated that inspector performance was affected by visual inspection task.
