The Research method used is quantitative research in the form of survey. Samples this research are 97 employee. Methods of data collection using questionaires with likert scale. Conclusion this study : (1) Influence of work professionality on employee performance regression line =-0, 661 + 0, 804 X1 hypothesis test with t-test result obtained by sig. = 0,000 and tcound =37, 564 > ttable = 1,661 H0 rejec (2) influence of organizational 1,684 + 0,840 X2 Hypothesis test with F-test result obtained by Sig. = 0,000 and Fcound =1045,360 > Ftable = 3,093 H0 reject. Conclusion of the research : (1) work professionality strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (2) organizational commitment strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (3) work professionality and organizational commitment together strong positive influence and significant on employee performance.

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the economic sector and the taxation sector and al... more The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the economic sector and the taxation sector and also has reduced company income that causing many employees to be affected by salary cuts or layoffs. This dire situation inspired the government to grant Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentives in order to ease the burden of mandatory taxes and can help restore people's purchasing power. Objective: To analyze the Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government Incentive Policy in the context of handling Covid-19 at West Bekasi Small Tax Office based on an analysis of effectiveness, obstacles faced, and efforts made to overcome obstacles. Methods: This research was descriptive qualitative. The data collection methods were Observation, Documentation, and interviews. Result: The provision of Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentive at West Bekasi Small Tax Office is still not effective because there are still many taxpayers who have not taken advantage of this incentive due to lack of information and socialization provided, this is based on achieving goals, integration, and adaptation. The obstacles faced are the lack of comprehensive socialization because there are still many taxpayers who do not have the information about the incentive so many taxpayers do not take advantage of this policy. There is also a lack of awareness of taxpayers in reporting the realization of the use of Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentive. The efforts made by West Bekasi Small Tax Office are by conducting comprehensive socialization and maintaining synergy/cooperation between the Tax Office and taxpayers.

Indonesia merupakan negara produsen tempe terbesar di dunia dan menjadi pasar kedelai terbesar di... more Indonesia merupakan negara produsen tempe terbesar di dunia dan menjadi pasar kedelai terbesar di Asia. Industri tempe seringkali mengalami permasalahan fluktuasi harga di pasar. Harga kedelai yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku cenderung naik sedangkan harga tempe di pasar sukar untuk naik. Tingginya permintaan kedelai tidak diimbangi dengan meningkatkan produksi kedelai dalam negeri. Ketergantungan impor kedelai yang mengakibatkan tingginya harga kedelai membuat Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) seperti Bapak Tochari harus berusaha menanggulanginya. Karena usaha yang digelutinya adalah usaha dagang yang mana usaha ini terus berjalan setiap hari dan produk jenis ini adalah produk yang tidak bisa bertahan lama. Harga kedelai yang terus naik tidak mungkin menaikkan harga Abstract Based on the data from Ministry of Agriculture, soybean import from 2015 to 2018 kept getting increased. In 2015 and 2016, was recorded soybean import of 2.3 million tons, 2017 2.7 million tons, and experienced a slight decrease in 2018 into 2.6 million tons. Soybean import dependence caused high price of soybeans that made Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), such as Mr. Tochari, have to manage overcome it. The study aimed to analyze the marketing strategies, the obstacle faced, and to formulate the efforts to be taken by the enterpreneur to improve the marketing strategies. The study implemented descriptive qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study showed that the marketing strategies implemented by the tempe enterpreneur Mr. Tochari through marketing mix (4P) and SWOT Analysis mostly reached the targets, but there were some obstacle, namely dependence on soybean import, production tools that could not fulfill all of the needs in one production process so it required loner time, and production process that still implemented traditional way.

To overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government decided to implement a regulation kn... more To overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government decided to implement a regulation known as the Restrictions towards Community Activities (PPKM). Since its inception, PPKM has been extended fourteen times. Observing the trend, it is interesting to find out how higher education students and lecturers perceive the regulation after gaining information from varied mass communication channels. Therefore, this research is aimed to identify perceptions regarding PPKM among students and lecturers. It used qualitative research with a phenomenology approach, involving 104 STIAMI students and 26 lecturers based in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Depok. According to the results, more than a half of the students and lecturers found information to be sufficient from mass communication channels and decided to support the program if continued in the future. The COVID-19 pandemic has swept the world and changed the map of education. Higher education inst... more The COVID-19 pandemic has swept the world and changed the map of education. Higher education institutions have been forced to close and hold digital learning classes to cope with governmental regulations prohibiting face-to-face interactions. This includes STIAMI Institute of Social and Management Science branch Bekasi City. With a total of 2593 students, 130 lecturers, and 60 campus administration staffs, civitas Academica of Institute STIAMI Bekasi have been inevitably learning and working from home since February 2020. Such change has caused challenges and opportunities. Hence, the following paper tries to dissect students', lecturers', and campus administrations' perspectives about digital learning and teaching. The method used in the research is qualitative with case study approach, incorporating in-depth interviews and observations. Based on the results, all parties perceived full digital learning and teaching as best decision to cut the pandemic chain, although found it as a challenge and have experienced mental health and technical problems, yet found positive outcomes that lead to education without boundaries. Thus, it is recommended to hold private and group consultations; interactive workshops; local-national-international cooperation's to ensure digital learning and teaching in the long run becomes bearable, productive, and beneficial for everyone involved.

The study implemented descriptive qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study showed that the marketing strategies implemented by the tempe enterpreneur Mr. Tochari through marketing mix (4P) and SWOT Analysis mostly reached the targets, but there were some obstacle, namely dependence on soybean import, production tools that could not fulfill all of the needs in one production process so it required loner time, and production process that still implemented traditional way.

Since its inception, PPKM has been extended fourteen times. Observing the trend, it is interesting to find out how higher education students and lecturers perceive the regulation after gaining information from varied mass communication channels. Therefore, this research is aimed to identify perceptions regarding PPKM among students and lecturers. It used qualitative research with a phenomenology approach, involving 104 STIAMI students and 26 lecturers based in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Depok. According to the results, more than a half of the students and lecturers found information to be sufficient from mass communication channels and decided to support the program if continued in the future. Higher education institutions have been forced to close and hold digital learning classes to cope with governmental regulations prohibiting face-to-face interactions. This includes STIAMI Institute of Social and Management Science branch Bekasi City. With a total of 2593 students, 130 lecturers, and 60 campus administration staffs, civitas Academica of Institute STIAMI Bekasi have been inevitably learning and working from home since February 2020. Such change has caused challenges and opportunities. Hence, the following paper tries to dissect students', lecturers', and campus administrations' perspectives about digital learning and teaching. The method used in the research is qualitative with case study approach, incorporating in-depth interviews and observations. Based on the results, all parties perceived full digital learning and teaching as best decision to cut the pandemic chain, although found it as a challenge and have experienced mental health and technical problems, yet found positive outcomes that lead to education without boundaries. Thus, it is recommended to hold private and group consultations; interactive workshops; local-national-international cooperation's to ensure digital learning and teaching in the long run becomes bearable, productive, and beneficial for everyone involved.
