The objective of this research is to understanding the management about planning, organization, leadership and supervision of a laboratory pharmacy at a pharmacy high school. We used a qualitative approach for this research. Explanatory case study used in this research with participant observation approach, a kind of case study where the data collected through participant observation, added with formal and informal interview as well as documents review. This study concluded that (1) a pharmacy laboratory must have a work planning program, including time and human resources, and also the process of supllying the equipment and laboratory materials, expenditures and final report; (2) Organizing a pharmacy laboratory conducted by following the Standards of Pharmacy Laboratory reference form Miniastry of Health includes: types, requirements, room, organizational structure, funding, maintenance and storage of equipment and materials, administration of tool and materials, security and safety in the laboratory; (3) The military leadership can not be separated from the military command. With the implementation of the command system will formed a disciplined, responsible and have a high spirit corps character; (4) Continuously supervision have been implemented, so students will have a competence as a Technical Workers Pharmacy.
