I am a senior architect and technical coordinator in Italy and China. Since 1978 I have been the owner of the professional office "architecture & restoration" in Naples - IT. From 2004 to 2008, I was General Manager of the Company "AD+ Tianjin construction planning & design consulting" in Tianjin - PRC. I have long experience in restoration, conversion and enhancement of historical monumental buildings and sites, building and urban redevelopment and in projects for residential, commercial and education architectures.
With more than 200 large-scale works, mainly for public use works, developed in many regions of Italy and in China, I have consolidated project management skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural working environments, from conceptual to executive phase. I have won numerous awards by participating in design competitions. My projects and studies are published in national and international journals. The activity is supported by many group exhibitions of architecture.
I have authored studies on the evolution of the construction industry, facility management, planned maintenance, accessibility and building safety.
In 1982 I formed with others the professional association "per-atelab," which operated in Italy until 1992.
From 1994 to 2001 I was scientific coordinator and lecturer in postgraduate technical training courses.
Since 2000, I have been an independent researcher in environmental psychology and urban anthropology and author of studies on housing well-being; I’m member of the International Association People-Environment Studies, and have given seminars and lectures at the University of Naples and the University of Ferrara, professional associations and private training institutes in Italy.
From 2006 to 2010 I was an adjunct university professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the Federico II University in Naples .
In 2007 I founded with others "ADO - architecture & design organization," of which I was a partner until 2015.
