Imaging braiding four powerful strands of human, ET, scientific, cosmic, and technological information-those forces merge to manifest as our image of contact. Culturally, we possess vivid examples of 4 strand images. Historically a four-sided looped-square symbol represented protection, found in a traditional heraldic emblem called a Bowen knot. Today the four-strand knot is a marker used in European countries to signify culturally significant sites. To strengthen spiritual decision-making, ancient Israelite high priests fashioned a garment of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet yarn. 1 Friday evening Shabbat features Challah, a traditional sweet bread. The bread, braided into four strands, may represent the Jewish matriarchs Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah since women traditionally prepare it.

Over the past 60 years, the collection and analysis of data on the UFO/ET phenomenon coalesced in... more Over the past 60 years, the collection and analysis of data on the UFO/ET phenomenon coalesced into the formal field of Ufology and later Exopolitics. Both fields are primarily sourced by government-military-intelligence reports and experts. Historically, the choice of these sources and experts was made in order to align with classical science. Both fields endeavored to remove any indication of supernatural visitation. This paper defines the ramifications of this historical decision, which included marginalizing and ignoring extraterrestrial experiencers. This paper then offers two solutions for merging Ufology, Exopolitics and Exoconsciousness (which is sourced through extraterrestrial experiencers): 1) consciousness science and 2) psychic intelligence. Today, extraterrestrial experiencers join growing numbers of vocal psychic experiencers: near death experiencers (NDE), out of body travelers (OBE), mediums, psychics and healers. Together these groups are urging, if not pushing, consciousness science to build a body of experiments and theories regarding consciousness as a non-local field. This growing psychic research has not gone unnoticed by classical scientists. Many of them are beginning to acknowledge consciousness as a fundamental field of reality. Consciousness science is also experimenting and developing theories related to psychic intelligence-which this paper proposes as Howard Gardner's 9 th Intelligence in his theory of multiple intelligences. The merger of Ufology, Exopolitics and Exoconsciousness creates a more correct and balanced world-view. Exoconscious experiencers have living confirmation of the Extraterrestrial Presence. These experiencers have the potential to birth a social movement confirming the extraterrestrial presence. They have the power to propel the UFO/ET information mainstream in ways not possible with classical science.

The limits of material science described by Jacques Vallee and his colleagues surmised that the current narrow confines of biological categories and mathematics of the Drake Equation were at odds with discovering other life forms in the universe. Essentially, materialism, without consciousness, lacks the science framework to explore potential Visitor life forms.
Compared to the materialist approach, Exoconsciousness offers a dramatically different perspective that holds possibilities for revising the Drake Equation and understanding unknown biological life forms and their consciousness.

This paper discusses the concept of exoconsciousness within the framework of Karl Jaspers’ Genera... more This paper discusses the concept of exoconsciousness within the framework of Karl Jaspers’ General Psychopathology, presenting evidence for the UFO extraterrestrial experience to be reclassified from pathological to normal. The recommended reclassification is based on psychiatric advancements in Jaspers’ psychopathology that lead to acceptance of the quantum-based concept of exoconsciousness. A physician and philosopher of his time, Jaspers’ psychopathology fits comfortably in a Western Newtonian and Kantian dualistic orientation. 1.) And yet, by identifying psychiatric and philosophical limits and dilemmas, he creates an intellectual framework for the possibilities inherent in quantum science. 2.) By identifying the importance of the cultural context in defining psychopathology, he further creates a necessary opening for redefining the UFO extraterrestrial experience as normal within the emerging 21st Century culture of contact.
