The aim of this paper is to examine the current situation in society, and their impact on home an... more The aim of this paper is to examine the current situation in society, and their impact on home and residential categories, as well as analyzing existing approaches for them, to choose a good way to focus on both material and spiritual aspects of human needs in the process of designing and building a house. So that, considering factors in the approach of this paper, which means the Field-oriented, is prioritized in terms of importance in determining the shape of the house. Field-oriented in architecture notes the necessity to pay attention to the physical environment surrounding of the architectural work, suggests that such attention can be positive and amplified both for architectural work, and for the context. The study population was Tenekabon city of Mazandaran province. In the domain of anthropological studies, data collection was done in this case, through field observations (presence of on-site observations, with photos and Cabriolet as well as interviews and questions from people. In addition to the interviews, questionnaires were given to them as well. Number of questionnaires or sample was considered equal to the number of users or the number of residential units in the project plan, which means 40 units. Then, the results of the analysis of observation data were used in the form of strategies in the process of planning and designing. According to the analysis carried out on the observations and findings, items that are considered as strategies in project design will be given. In the field of spatial elements, a semi-open space (porch) is emphasized as a key feature of local architecture. Attention to the privacy of the individual and social is very important. In addition, aligned with the points that the users raised in their responses, if possible, the single performance of spaces will be a priority and more. In the field of structural elements, the use of some models that are consistent with a way of life today and some structural motifs, and considering the relationship between the form and the natural environment, in terms of shape, color, materials and weather conditions and more. A home is considered as one of the most common architecture that, most of the constructions also belong to it. Because home is where, one searches the most important material and spiritual needs in it (Pirnia, 1992). Where, at the most basic level, meets the people's need to a shelter and at higher levels, people find attached to it with intellectual allegiances to their home. This sense of belonging, turns the home to the place where brings a sense of peace for human. The relationship between quality and quantity i.e. connection between restriction and prominence and subsequently this mentality, has taught the Iranian gardener that the holy quadruple elements as limited elements in light combinations have led to multitudinous and immortal creation. Garden designers, with accurate knowledge of natural components and set of qualities and their relationship and by using material elements manage to create a spiritual space. In this calm and content-laden space which man himself creates he becomes an integral part and explores secrets and realities. Considering Iranian garden structure, more than anything its comprehensive pattern is considered. In terms of function and design, it could be accepted that Iranian garden has a unique methodology, which has remained unchanged as of 2500 years ago till early Qajar era. Despite changing life conditions, garden has remained, with political and social conditions throughout the history creating different practices and various paradigms of garden (of course, this does not mean change in comprehensive pattern, but alteration of parts of the garden). In a general classification, we see garden in three scales of " architecture " , " part of nature " , or " city ".
