It is known that there are numerous causes that cause the structure to suffer damages. A damage can have several factors responsible for starting it. For Helene (2003) such damages may only come to cause discomfort to those who will use the work, as projected. These annoyances may be small infiltrations or major problems that lead to collapse structure.
In view of these facts, it is of the utmost importance to study these pathologies so that they are avoided and thus not to diminish the useful life of the structure. But a detailed recognition of its possible causes and solutions so that they do not happen or that they are corrected before a structure collapses.
The present work aims to analyze the different types of pathologies found in structures, to evaluate their possible causes and to detail repair procedures.
