This program acts as a smart consultant or adviser in a certain skill environment. Therefore, the expert system is built not on a specific algorithm, but based on the knowledge base and rule base. One application of expert systems is in the field of health or medical. For the disease -a disease-specific expertise needed medical specialists in these fields to make the diagnosis and examination, so the treatment is done correctly -really precise and accurate. But the problem, until now not been evenly spread of specialist doctors in Indonesia, so that in the area -some areas still lack medical staff, in this particular specialist. To address the problem, needed a system that can perform diagnosis of disease -specific diseases, and may provide a solution regarding appropriate treatment, so it can help paramedics to diagnose diseases more precisely by way of an interactive dialogue about the symptoms -symptoms of the illness by the patient.
