The complexity is driven by different factors such as limited access to the site, limited working hours, restricted storage area, a limited number of allowed crews to work simultaneously, etc. Considering all of these factors is essential for construction process planning. Hence, testing the maintenance project under different project scenarios will help to identify the optimum resources configuration. In this paper, we present a case study of a maintenance project located in Al Khodh, Oman. It is required to model and simulate the maintenance operation, given many client-based work constraints. The project was modelled using a Simphony simulation environment. The simulation model was tested in different resource configurations, including several floor accesses, other tiles breaking and tiles installation teams, and a different number of waterproofing teams. This study demonstrated that the tiles installation team is the most influencing resource in the project. Given one floor access at a time and using two tiles installation produces the most economical resources configuration. Three tiles installation teams are the best selection for two-floor accesses, and seven tiles installation teams selection is best for three floors.

This prompted all organisations to focus on social customer relationship management (Social CRM) which is mainly aiming at personalising such experiences and interactions. Despite the notable evolution in social CRM scientific research, however, limited attention has been paid to clearly demonstrate the essential influencers and challenges of social CRM as well as its associated benefits for businesses. To this end, the current work aims to provide a deeper understating in relation to social CRM and its related key challenges and benefits. This research develops an integrated theoretical framework of the major challenges and benefits to adopting social CRM, leading to substantial theoretical and practical contributions to concerned entities.

The internet has strengthened the ability to scan and learn faster, but it also influences learning and makes it complicated (Griffiths, 2000). This critical thinking led us to ponder over the relationship of technology with learning ability and forced us to examine its impact upon the youngsters' attitude and expression towards the outer world. This research focuses on 3 to 13 years' age group children as their developing minds can be easily ductile by frequent media exposure. News of kids committing suicide after playing online games, raise serious concern for everyone regarding the use of new media and its adverse effect. Our primary objective is to find out the reasons for the negative impact of media and new media without ignoring the positive side of the digital natives (Musgrove, 2008) (The Economist, 2010). The findings provide an insightful understanding of the technological influence on children's reasoning and learning ability, impact on their physical health, decision making ability, action and interaction to the outer world. The survey, observation, and case study method are applied to conclude the results.
