Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL) adalah merupakan suatu konsep multi-dimensi, yang meliputi sejumla... more Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL) adalah merupakan suatu konsep multi-dimensi, yang meliputi sejumlah faktor yang saling terkait yang perlu pertimbangan cermat untuk konsep dan mengukurnya. Istilah QWL dapat dijabarkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, motivasi, kinerja, produktivitas, kesehatan, keselamatan dan kesejahteraan, keamanan kerja, pengembangan kompetensi dan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan non kehidupan kerja. Kata kunci: Kualitas hidup (QoL), Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (WLB), Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL), Kepuasan Kerja. PENDAHULUAN Istilah kualitas kehidupan kerja muncul sejak pekerjaan harus secara moral diinginkan sehingga orang menikmatinya, bahwa semua orang yang bersangkutan dengan dunia kerja harus mengambil langkah-langkah lebih aktif dan kuat daripada saat ini untuk membuat pekerjaan lebih menyenangkan bagi mereka yang harus melakukannya (Orpen, 1981). Istilah QWL, yang muncul baru-baru ini di negara-negara industri, berkaitan erat dengan "kualitas hidup" konsep. Keduanya menggunakan konsep paralel "humanisasi pekerjaan". Menurut Requena (2003), Hal ini tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kualitas hidup di tempat kerja sebagian besar ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan baik atau lebih buruk hubungan, kepercayaan, dan komitmen dengan bos dan atau bawahan. Selain itu, Danna dan Griffin (1999), dalam sudut pandang seorang psikologi organisasi, menyatakan bahwa QWL mencakup hirarki konsep yang kepuasan hidup, kepuasan kerja dan kerja spesifik kepuasan segi seperti kepuasan dengan gaji, rekan kerja dan pengawas diantara lainnya.

The independent variables of this research are leadership supervision, SOP compliance, and work environment. The intervening variable is work discipline and the dependent variable is work safety. The data used in this study were sourced from the perceptions of employees of PT. Mainstay Agro. The sampling technique used in this research is using random sampling method. To determine the sample size, the Solvin formula is used and so that the obtained sample size of 205 employees. To answer the research objectives, an analytical method is used, namely SEM PLS. This socialization activity to embed the awareness of defending the State is directly aimed to the school-aged children to embed the importance of defending the State since early age. The socialization that has been carried out through online and offline methods is expected to be one of the key steps aimed at making the next generations love their own nation since early age, so they become individuals who love NKRI when they grow up in the future.

Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek pada studi ini adalah karyawan produksi PT.XYZ yang berjumlah 63 responden. Responden dipilih dengan sampel jenuh dan perolehan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner telah di uji validitas dan relibilitasnya. Pada uji t dan uji f, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.

The objective of the study is to assess how industry professionals perceive the implementation of... more The objective of the study is to assess how industry professionals perceive the implementation of flexible work arrangements (FWA) and what challenges are likely to enable or hinder its adoption in Indonesian companies. We conducted an intensive qualitative study for three months, guided by phenomenology, with 15 industry professionals representing multi-sectorial industries, as respondents. Laddered open-ended interviewing using two series of focus group discussions was employed. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. Our findings show that industry professionals are in favor of FWA due to the many benefits it could bring to the employees like work-life balance, health and safety, flexible hours, convenience and comfort, and efficiency in the utilization of office space facilities.

The purpose of this qualitative research is to examine lecturers' understanding of how to exp... more The purpose of this qualitative research is to examine lecturers' understanding of how to experience telecommuting or working from home (WFH) through virtual or online teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic. Respondents for this study were 15 lecturers, who teach online from various private universities in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang and Bekasi (JABOTABEK). Semi-structured interviews via email and telephone were conducted using purposive sampling technique and content analysis approach. The results of this study illustrate that most of the lecturers (93%) understand the concept of telecommuting, the importance of information technology support and a home work environment to support their virtual or online teaching activities. The study also found several advantages of online teaching experiences such as flexibility, cost reduction and efficiency, work-life balance; and for the disadvantages, namely, lack of socialization for students and interaction between lecturers and students, ...
