Materials and methods. The research subjects were students who were divided into treatment groups and control groups where each group consisted of 40 people. This research uses the Research and Development (RD) method from Sugiyono using ten steps. The place of research was carried out at the All-Indonesian Volleyball Association, Deli Serdang Regency. The population and sample in this study were 36 Deli Serdang Regency volleyball players with a small sample of 6 people, a large sample of 16, and a comparison sample of 14. For the referee sample, six nationally licensed and nine regional licensed referees. After researching the results of volleyball basic technical skills based on learning groups, namely the posttest experimental group (new model, web learning) and the pretest experimental group (old model), it is found that the results of basic ball technical skills volleyball in the posttest experimental group ie the lowest score of 80 and the highest score of 90. This research was conducted in PPLP North Sumatra in 2018 with n = 11 all populations as samples. This study uses a survey method, with a correlational design approach through path analysis techniques (Path Analysys) which uses structural equations namely causality between exogenous and endogenous variables. With the constellation as follows: 1) Direct influence of Commitment to the Performance of Coach in the Student Training and Education Center (PPLP) of North Sumatra. 2) Direct Influence of Leadership on the Performance of coach in the Student Training and Education Center (PPLP) North Sumatra. 3) Direct Influence of Motivation on the Performance of coach in the Student Training and Education Center (PPLP) of North Sumatra. 4) Direct influence of commitment to motivation. 5) Direct influence of leadership on motivation. Subjek yang menjadi sasaran dalam penelitian siswa kelas 1. Subjek pada kelompok kecil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MIN 08 Petisah dengan jumlah 20 orang siswa yang mempunyai karakteristik rentang usia 6-8 tahun. Subjek pada kelompok besar dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MIN 1 Medan dengan jumlah 40 siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah research and development. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah permainan group handshake yang diadopsi dari permainan zombie tsunami. Analysis of lay up shot is very necessary for the coach or instructor and basketball player itself to figure out how to fix the error. Analysis of lying Shot started, step (1. This research uses the Research and Development (RD) method from Sugiyono using ten steps. The place of research was carried out at the All-Indonesian Volleyball Association, Deli Serdang Regency. The population and sample in this study were 36 Deli Serdang Regency volleyball players with a small sample of 6 people, a large sample of 16, and a comparison sample of 14. For the referee sample, six nationally licensed and nine regional licensed referees. This study uses a survey method, with a correlational design approach through path analysis techniques (Path Analysys) which uses structural equations namely causality between exogenous and endogenous variables. (3) From the experiment, volley based on the learning factor that the experiment group of postest (new model) and the pre-experiment group (old model) smash volley ball of the experimental postest group is the lowest score of 12 and the highest 16, whereas in the pretest experiment group, and the highest score 15.

Subjek pada kelompok besar dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MIN 1 Medan dengan jumlah 40 siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah research and development.
