In the proposed model of this study, team performance is positively and significantly affected by collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five of MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct effect on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also found evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through mediating the psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the practice and effect of knowledge management proc... more The purpose of this study was to investigate the practice and effect of knowledge management processes (with the dimensions of knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application) on innovation performance in the manufacturing industry. The Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was used to analyze the data obtained from 170 managerial employees of a manufacturing company in Tangerang, Indonesia. The results obtained indicate that all dimensions of the knowledge management process positively and significantly affect innovation performance. This new study proposes a model to build and manage the personal innovation performance of employees in the Indonesian manufacturing industry through a knowledge management process, with strengthening on the dimensions of knowledge acquisition, dissemination, and application. This research can pave the way to increase the readiness of Indonesian manufacturing industry employees to win a global competition in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Finally, based on the findings obtained, recommendations and suggestions for further research have been given to further discuss this research.

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mendefinisikan model yang dapat menjelaskan adopsi E-... more Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mendefinisikan model yang dapat menjelaskan adopsi E-commerce oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada pelaku usaha tersebut di Banten. Data dikumpulkan dari 93 karyawan UMKM, yang bekerja pada UMKM di Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, attitude toward using berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intention to use. Kedua, subjective norm berpengaruh signifikan pada intention to use. Ketiga, perceived behavior control berpengaruh pada intention to use. Keempat, intention to use berpengaruh signifikan pada usage behavior. Kelima, perceived behavior control berpengaruh pada usage behavior. Studi ini menguatkan fakta bahwa theory of planned behavior mampu menjelaskan tentang adopsi e-commerce pada pelaku UMKM di Banten.

Dalam model yang diusulkan dari studi ini, kinerja tim berhubungan positif dengan dua anteseden (yaitu, keadilan prosedural dan EQ Climate) secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui mediasi perencanaan tim. This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (su... more This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. The number of research samples was 429 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction of e-learning systems. The better the perception of system quality, information quality, and service quality, the more user satisfaction will increase.
