Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia. Dimana program produk memberikan perlindungan asuransi jiwa bagi tertanggung dengan memiliki dua manfaat sekaligus, yaitu manfaat asuransi jiwa dan nilai investasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dilakukan dengan cara meneliti data primer yang diperoleh/dikumpulkan langsung dari pihak-pihak terkait yaitu perusahaan dan pelanggan PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Cabang Jayapura. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan hukum dan pendekatan kasus. The food crisis and climate change have become two critical challenges facing the lives of local ... more The food crisis and climate change have become two critical challenges facing the lives of local communities in various parts of the world. This research aims to analyze and understand the impact of the food crisis and climate change on local communities and how they adapt to these increasingly complex conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The research sites involve several communities in areas that are exposed differently to food crises and climate change. The results of the study show that the food crisis and climate change are seriously affecting the daily lives of local people. Decreasing food availability, shifting weather patterns, and natural disasters further exacerbate their social and economic conditions. Local communities experience difficulties in meeting basic needs such as food, clean water and proper housing. In addition, climate change also has an impact on the agricultural sector which is the main source of livelihood for local communities. Traditional cropping patterns are no longer suited to unstable weather, and pest attacks and drought often destroy crop yields. This has resulted in reduced incomes and greater dependence on government assistance or humanitarian organizations. However, this study also identified several adaptation efforts made by local communities to deal with the food crisis and climate change. Some communities have changed cropping patterns and are cultivating crop varieties that are more resistant to climate change. The community is also actively developing local resources such as fish ponds and food processing to reduce dependence on imported food. In facing this challenge, inter-community cooperation and support from the government and international institutions are key in increasing food security and adaptation to climate change. Increasing access to sustainable agricultural technologies and financial assistance for local communities can strengthen competitiveness and reduce inequalities in the face of the Original Research Open Access 124 impacts of the food crisis and climate change. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of an in-depth understanding of the impact of the food crisis and climate change on local communities and adaptation efforts that can be made to strengthen their resilience. The increasing complexity of these challenges demands collective action from all parties involved to achieve sustainability and prosperity for local communities in the era of globalization and climate change.

Government's efforts to preserve Marind cultural ethnic is by holding the Ndambu Festival for 3 years, nonetheless the lack information and the distance activity place so that these activities do not impact. This study describes the innovation implementation of Marind cultural arts festival, this researcher uses descriptive qualitative methods focus on management strategy of this festival, starting from planning up to evaluation. Implementation of management strategy produces the right success of the festival activities, and expected this activity can take place annually in the long term and able to increase tourism and economy appeal in Merauke and undertook to preserve Marind ethnic culture art.

A number of studies on the entrepreneurial university model have been conducted. This study used social cognitive theory that underlies the entrepreneurial university model. The method used in this study was literature study by discussing a number of studies on entrepreneurial universities. The proposed entrepreneurial university model comprises the input, process, and output approach. During the process, there are three factors focused, namely personal factors, behavioral factors, environmental factors and technology. The implication of this research is to provide an alternative model that can be applied to the development of entrepreneurship in universities, although in essence, each university requires a different approach according to its environment.

Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa H1 ditolak dan disimpulkan bahwa budaya berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kerukunan masyarakat di Kabupaten Merauke. hasil uji F F-hitung> F-tabel sehingga H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima, variable budaya, perilaku dan status sosial secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kerukunan masyarakat.

This study aims to find a model of happiness assessment that is more in line with the conditions of local people who are on the border, especially in Papua Sota District. The happiness index used by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) until 2017 using the 10 essential aspects of life reflects the level of happiness, where the results of 2014 and 2017, the variables of happiness index, HDI, per capita GRDP, and population density increase concurrent index. but viewed 10 aspects assessed by the author not in accordance with the conditions of local communities in Papua. The method used in this study is qualitative with appropriate literature studies. The results of this study indicate that there are other aspects or other indicators more important that reflect the level of happiness of the local community of Papua, especially the border area of Sota District.
