These different demands might make this period one of the most stressful times and turn the adaptation process into a difficult stage. Therefore, it is necessary to provide appropriate tools to determine the levels and difficulties of adaptation in various fields. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the psychometric properties of Baker and Siryk 67-Question Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) to provide an appropriate tool for diagnosing freshmen's problems. Methods: The current study is a methodological study with a descriptive cross-sectional design. Given the construct structure of the questionnaire, it was tried to select 445 freshmen across different undergraduate fields using a multi-stage sampling method. Then, SACQ , Brief Psychological Adjustment-6, the Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults-Short Version, and the Beck Depression Inventory were administered. Then, confirmatory factor analysis, convergent and divergent validity, and Cronbach's alpha were calculated for data analysis. Results: The results showed that the internal consistency coefficient of this questionnaire for all components was higher than 0.70, and it indicated that the tool was a suitable one. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 4-factor model of original developers had a better fit than the one-factor and six-factor models in this sample. Conclusions: Since the factor structure of this scale was approved, it could be used to measure adaptation to college to determine and identify troubled or at-risk freshmen.

The study group consisted of 70 applicants of the nose beauty surgery that selected by available sampling method. The data were collected through three questionnaire consisted of Hill's Perfectionism Scale, Body Image Concern Inventory (BICI) and Young's Schema Questionnaire (short form). Data were analyzed using multivariate Regression test. Results showed that there is a significant relationship among the applicants' of the nose beauty surgery with the body image dissatisfaction, perfectionism, and early maladaptive schemas. In addition, there is a meaningful relationship between the body image dissatisfaction and early maladaptive schemas.

Method: A sample of 400 subjects were selected through multistage cluster sampling among youth in the age range of 8 to 15 years old at Urmia schools. All participants answered to YAM-5, Anxiety Sensitivity of Reiss and Spence Children Anxiety Scale (SCAS). The data were extracted and analyzed by Pearson's correlation analysis and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and LISREL softwares. Results: Appropriate concurrent criterion validity observed based on correlation coefficients of YAM-5 subscales and two other questionnaires. The value of 0.89 for cronbach ̍ s alpha coefficient of total scale and the scope of values from 0.60 to 0.90 for coefficients of internal consistency, split-half and test-retest of the subscales indicated optimal internal consistency and reliability for the scale and it ̍ s subscales. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed 10 factors with eigenvalues higher than one that alltogether explained 48.64 percent of the total variance. Also, the model ̍ s general fit indices, applying confirmatory factor analysis, implied to optimal fitness of the model of this questionnaire. Conclusion: This clinical instrument, utilizing valid tests and methods of calculating reliability, was evaluated regarding construct validity and reliability, and results confirmed appropriate construct structure and reliability and content validity. It is possible to take advantages from this mean for assesing and diagnosing the anxiety disorders in the Iranian sample.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of mindfulness and meta-emotion on predicting Emotional Adjustment in novice nurses. Material & Method: The descriptive-correlative method was used for conducting this research. The Statistical population was consisted of all the nurses in Tabriz. A sample of 120 subjects (60 females and 60 males) was randomly selected, using multistage random cluster. For data collection, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ), Mindfulness Questionnaire and Meta-emotion Questionnaire was used. The data gathered were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression, using simultaneous enter method. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software (version 21). Results: The Finding indicated that there was a positive relationship between mindfulness and meta-emotion (P<0/01) and between positive Emotional Adjustment and there was a negative relationship between metaemotion (P<0/01) and negative emotional-cognitive regulation and mindfulness (P<0/01). The results showed that through using the scores from mindfulness and meta-emotion components of novice nurses, we can predict the rate of Emotional Adjustment (P< 0/01). Conclusion: According to the results, novice nurse's cognitive emotion regulation can be improved by teaching mindfulness and meta-emotion skills, and through awareness of the emotions, they can use them efficiently and improve their performance.

This research aimed to study the relationship between resilience with illness behavior in dialysis patients. The study population consisted of all dialysis patients who have referred to the diemoalysis unit (78 participants); all of them have taken census for sampling due to the low number of statistical. Data collection tools was the Connor-Davidson resilience scale and Pilowsky & Spence's illness behavior questionnaire. There is a negative relationship significant between resilience with hypochondriasis, affective disorder, and denial of disease. The modified coefficient for the dependent variable of hypochondriasis is equal to 21; for affective control, affective disorder, denial of disease was 21.4, 22.4, and 29.5 respectively. These coefficients indicate that how amount of dependent variables are expressed by independent variables. According to the results, it is necessary that that psychological aspects of patients should be focused in the treatment of diseases.

The purpose of this study was to compare the impact of spark motor program and basketball on improving of gross motor skills in this people. Methods: In this semi-experimental study, from 98 educable intellectually disabled students who studied in special school in Urmia, 30 children (age range of 9 to 13 years and IQ mean 64.4) were selected objectively and divided in three groups (2 experimental and 1 control) based on pre-test. BOTMP was used as a measurement of motor ability. Selected motor program (Spark motor program) including strengthening training, games, sports and basketball techniques was performed for 24 sessions . T-tests (dependent) and co-variance were used to comparison of results. Results: In Spark group after 24 sessions, there were significant effects on balance (p= 0.000), bilateral coordination ( p=0.000) and strength (p=0.001). There was...
