Solusi yang diberikan pada para Tukang diantaranya 1) memberikan informasi mengenai gempa dan dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap rumah dan bangunan, 2) memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi ferosemen, 3) memberikan tindak lanjut pelatihan pemanfaatan bambu sebagai tulangan beton. Mengingat intensitas terjadinya gempa sangat masif maka kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) mendesak untuk dilaksanakan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah agar Tim Instruktur terampil melakukan pengukuran kemampuan peserta pengkaderan formal IMM dengan memanfaatkan Rasch Model dan menggunakan aplikasi ministep atau winstep. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan baik secara teori maupun praktik. Mitra adalah Tim Instruktur IMM Kabupaten Jember sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan rasch model ini memberi kontribusi peningkatan kemampuan Tim Instruktur rata-rata sebesar 40,83 dengan skala 0 sampai 100. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, regional minimum wages, and subsidized hous... more This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, regional minimum wages, and subsidized housing costs on the purchasing power of low-income communities needing to own a home as an intervening variable. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze the data from the districts of East Java, Indonesia. Broadly speaking, this study found that the higher the need to own a home, the higher the purchasing power of Low-Income Communities because the population is increasing, so the need to own a place to live is also directly proportional. The practical implication of this study is that it can contribute useful information relating to the effect of inflation, regional minimum wages, and subsidized house prices on the purchasing power of low-income communities with a need to own a house as an intervening variable. Therefore, the government needs to control the impact caused by inflation in the form of rising bank interest rates by subsidizing it so that it remains stable. In the future, the government should include housing allowances in the minimum wage component. The government should not only subsidize house prices, but also production costs, so that the price of subsidized houses remains stable.

Bulan ini sangat mempengaruhi berbagai kegiatan masyarakat, tidak terkecuali pedagang pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana perubahan yang dialami oleh pedagang pasar selama bulan Ramadhan, khususnya pedagang pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil wawancara di lapangan dengan para pedagang pasar tradisional. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa selama bulan Ramadan, terdapat adanya suatu perubahan di dalam pasar, seperti permintaan pasar yang meningkat secara drastis dan perubahan dari perilaku konsumen. This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of organizational performance and government ... more This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of organizational performance and government innovation on community satisfaction and public trust in the employees of the Banyuwangi Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The total population is 1,749,773 people from all villages in Banyuwangi Regency spread over 200 villages. With the Slovin method, a sample of 400 respondents was obtained. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the description of respondents related to gender, age and education level as well as a description of the research variables used. The measuring instrument used was tested by testing the validity and reliability of the data. Hypothesis testing in this study uses SEM analysis using WarpPLS statistical software version 6.0. After analyzing the results of this research, it is found that organizational performance has a significant effect on community satisfaction. The second result is that local government innovation has a significant effect on community satisfaction. The third result is that organizational performance has a significant influence on public trust. The fourth result is: local government innovation has a significant effect on public trust. The fifth result is: community satisfaction has a significant effect on public trust. The sixth result is: organizational performance has an indirect effect on public trust through community satisfaction. This research intends to investigate and evaluate the relationship between employee performance a... more This research intends to investigate and evaluate the relationship between employee performance and motivation, organisational culture, and work discipline at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Jember Regency. This study's population consisted of 55 workers from the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Jember Regency. Using a method of saturation sampling, 55 samples were obtained for this investigation. This work employs SEM-PLS using WarpPLS 5.0 for data analysis. Motivation, organisational culture, and work discipline have a substantial impact on the performance of Dept of Cooperative societies and Micro-entrepreneurs of Jember Regency, according to the analysis's findings. According to the results of the analysis, the coefficient of determination, or R square, is 0.790, which indicates that all independent variables (work motivation, organisational culture, and work discipline) contribute 79.0 percent to the employee performance variable, with the remaining 21.0 percent influenced by factors outside the scope of the study.

Perputaran persediaan yang besar membuat kebutuhan akan sistem informasi akuntansi sangat tinggi (Bui & Nguyen, 2021). PT. Tunas Harapan Situbondo SPBU 55.683.15 Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember belum mengadopsi pelaporan keuangan berbasiskan teknologi informasi (proses pelaporan keuangan masih menggunakan bantuan microsoft excel. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring (blended learning). Proses pelaksanaan pendampingan sekitar 6 bulan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasiskan aplikasi keuangan, yaitu: Zahir Accounting. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan berbasis aplikasi keuangan lebih bersifat transparan, reliabel dan akurat.

This study aims to determine the factors that can increase employee satisfaction at the Regional ... more This study aims to determine the factors that can increase employee satisfaction at the Regional Hospital dr. Sobandi Jember. These factors include work motivation, work environment, and compensation and HR competencies. The population in this study is 226 employees who will also be used as research samples. Thus this research is also called census research. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with PLP Warp software that tests the validity and reliability of measuring instruments, as well as model fit and path analysis test. The results showed that the motivation variable with a coefficient of 0.281 affected employee satisfaction. Work environment variables with a coefficient of 0.162 affect employee satisfaction. HR competency variable with a coefficient value of 0.010 does not affect employee satisfaction. While the compensation variable with a coefficient of 0.681 affects employee satisfaction.
