The research objective was to analyze the creative marketing strategies carried out by the Marketing Division of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean in attracting prospective new students and to find out whether the promotional strategies carried out by the Marketing Division team of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean have been carried out optimally. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews with the Marketing Division Manager of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean. In addition, discussions were held with 3 respondents as informants to find out about creative marketing activities that have been carried out by the Marketing Division team of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean to attract prospective new students. The result of the research is that the creative marketing strategy carried out by the Marketing Division of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean has been running well, successfully achieving the target, while the image of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean is very good, because the majority of informants prefer STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean over other campuses on Bawean Island. The conclusion of this research is that using creative marketing strategies in promoting STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean is very effective, but the Marketing Division of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean should also consider establishing good cooperation with various online media outside the campus

Akibatnya, administrasi sistem yang andal sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Di masa depan, manusia akan dapat mengakses informasi melalui internet dari hampir semua lokasi dan waktu, berkat kemajuan teknologi informasi.

To address the shortage of authentic assessment tools for ecological competence and positive char... more To address the shortage of authentic assessment tools for ecological competence and positive character in students, this research evaluated the effectiveness of newly developed instruments through problem-based learning on environmental change and waste recycling. The study used a mixed approach with an explanatory sequential design, and data was collected through questionnaires, measurements, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed that the newly developed instruments had high validity and reliability in assessing ecological competence and positive character, but no significant difference was found in positive character assessment between the experimental and control groups. The research highlights the importance of authentic assessment of attitudes, psychomotor skills, and character in learning assessments and suggests further research to enhance positive character assessment instruments.

The government, through the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, issue... more The government, through the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, issued Regulation Number 84 of 2013 concerning the appointment of permanent lecturers at private universities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 84 article 11 at private universities in East Java in improving the quality of its human resources. The subjects in this study were the 7 best private universities in the ranking and clustering version by the Ministry of research, technology, and higher education 2020. The result was the compensation received by permanent lecturers with the lowest group, namely Expert Assistants, in the form of gross monthly salaries ranging from Rp. 3,000,000, 00-Rp 12,000,000.00. With this compensation, lecturers are also motivated to be more productive in their work (Tridharma of Higher Education) because it is proportional to their compensation. This also spurs increasing capabilities such as continuing the postdoctoral education level carried out by lecturers, so universities also provide special rewards. This proves that a lecturer's performance will increase in line with the high level of satisfaction that comes from fulfilling his needs, desires, and expectations. The satisfaction that lecturers get from what they receive from campus creates a commitment to the organizations they join.

Makalah ini sengaja ditulis dengan fokus kajian tentang strategi dan peran kepemimpinan sektor publik dan tata kelola kolaborasi pemerintahan daerah dengan strategi dan kepemimpinan sektor publik tersebut. Kesimpulan dari makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Di sektor publik, seorang pemimpin harus mampu menentukan arah organisasi, bertindak sebagai mediator dalam mengelola konflik, menjadi integrator yang objektif, dan menjadi komunikator yang baik. The writing of this article is motivated by the demands of a quality educational institution that... more The writing of this article is motivated by the demands of a quality educational institution that can create quality human resources. Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri, the only Madrasah Aliyah with the largest number of learners in Bawean Island is required for its role to realize that expectation. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data is taken through observation, interview and documentation. Respondents consisted of madrasah head, deputy head of madrasah, head of administration, head of library and some teachers. The result of the research shows that the strategy to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri is to improve the quality of teachers, increase academic and non academic achievement, increase the achievement of National Examination score and the achievement of School Exam as well as the improvement of infrastructure facilities. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education are qualified teachers of education S1 and some S2 in accordance with subjects that diampu, madrasah have education programs and clear division of tasks, infrastructure, climate and a conducive environment and great support from Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hasan Jufri. Inhibiting factors are still low student learning motivation, employee resource has not maximal, low level of teacher discipline and fund availability still less. Efforts made in improving the quality of education are intensifying guidance and counseling activities, creating an exciting learning atmosphere, rewarding outstanding students, involving relevant staff in training activities, and applying an electrical attendance system for teachers and employees.

Sebagai mahluk sosial, manusia tidak dapat hidup dengan baik tanpa adanya komunikasi. manusia mampu menyelesaikan tugas-tugas penting dalam hidupnya melalui komunikasi. Sebaliknya, kurangnya komunikasi dalam kehidupan akan mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan dalam kehidupan manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, baik aktivitas tersebut berlangsung di rumah, dalam suatu organisasi, maupun dalam konteks masyarakat manusia secara keseluruhan. Komunikasi telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam masyarakat modern dan telah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam kehidupan manusia, komunikasi merupakan hal yang esensial, baik secara individu maupun kolektif, dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan dalam kehidupan masyarakat luas, khususnya dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara (Murtisari, 2021).
Berbicara tentang kepemimpinan, diketahui bahwa Inti dari visi Islam adalah menjadikan manusia sebagai khalifah (pemimpin) di muka bumi (Hazin et al., 2021). Dalam kepemimpinan pondok pesantren, seorang kyai sebagai pengasuh sekaligus pemimpin pondok pesantren tentu berurusan dan berhadapan dengan para santri yang memiliki berbagai kepribadian dan latar belakang yang berbeda, oleh karenanya maka kemampuan berkomunikasi menjadi sangat penting bagi keberhasilan mereka dalam memimpin pondok pesantren yang diasuhnya. Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin pesantren antara lain dapat berupa perintah atau petunjuk, saran, bimbingan, petunjuk, nasehat, atau kritik (Zainal et al., 2014). Nabi Muhammad SAW telah mencontohkan kepemimpinan dalam Islam yang baik dengan mengubah cara hidup orang Arab dari lembah kehinaan yang ditandai oleh kebodohan mereka menjadi masyarakat yang luhur dan mulia di bawah panji Islam yang penuh dengan keutamaan dan ketakwaan.
Ada banyak penjelasan dan petunjuk tentang komunikasi yang efektif dan tepat untuk mendorong umat agar bergerak ke arah yang lebih positif, termasuk mengkomunikasikan apa yang harus dilakukan seorang pemimpin dalam mempertahankan eksistensi ajaran tauhid dan nilai-nilai kebaikan dalam kehidupan bermasayakat yang dimulai dari kehidupan di pondok pesantren. Sehingga, mempelajari dan mendiskusikan konsep-konsep komunikasi kepemimpinan dalam sebuah organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan islam adalah proses penelitian tanpa akhir yang akan terus mengungkap konsep-konsep ilmiah baru dan membuka khazanah baru, termasuk pembahasan tentang bagaimana komunikasi dalam kepemimpinan di pondok pesantren yang menjadi basis kyai dalam mendidik santrinya menjadi insan kamil generasi muslim yang berkualitas dan bertanggungjawab secara ilmiah dan mulia akhlaknya adalah sesuatu yang sangat menarik dan penting untuk dikaji.
Di era teknologi yang semakin maju dan berkembang menuntut sesuatu untuk dapat dilakukan secara mudah, praktis, otomatis, dan cepat termasuk dalam penulisan referensi dan daftar pustaka sebuah karya tulis ilmiah, maka cara lama atau manual tentu tidak lagi disarankan karena akan sangat menyita waktu dan susah untuk dikelola sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. oleh karenanya perlu menggunakan aplikasi / software reference manager yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola sumber referensi dengan baik dan teratur secara otomatis, salah satunya yakni mendeley.
Mendeley adalah perangkat lunak yang saat ini ditawarkan dalam berbagai versi yang mendukung untuk MacOS, Linux, dan Windows. Pengelolaan tulisan yang diambil dari berbagai sumber referensi dapat disederhanakan dengan mendeley. Selain itu, mendeley juga dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan informasi dari setiap file sumber referensi sehingga berikutnya informasi tersebut dapat digunakan lagi berulangkali dalam setiap penulisan karya ilmiah. (Cahnia, 2021; Ramadhan, 2015). Mendeley mampu melakukan sitasi secara online walaupun tidak tersedia full paper, melakukan web importir atau mengimpor daftar pustaka dari web, membentuk grup dengan sesama peneliti sehingga dapat melakukan diskusi dan sharing daftar pustaka satu sama lain. Selain itu, Mendeley dapat tersambung dengan Microsoft Word dan bekerja secara offline maupun melakukan pengisian metadata secara manual. Mendeley membuat author meminimalkan kesalahan dalam melakukan sitasi dan pembuatan daftar pustaka (Ramadhani & Rohmah, 2022).
Selain mendeley, ada beberapa macam aplikasi atau software reference manager yang telah digunakan di berbagai negara, antara lain seperti: Zotero, EndNote, Connotea, NoodleTools, Citavi, CiteULike, RefWorks, Docear, JabRef, Colwiz, BiblioScape, Sente, Referencer, RefDB, RefBase, Pybliographer, KBibTex, Qiqqa, Bibus, Bookends, BibSonomy, WizFolio, SciRef, BibBase, Reference Manager, Wikindx, Aigaion, dan Bebop, (Astuty et al., 2021; Prasad, 2017). Namun dalam artikel ini akan dijelaskan tentang teknik penulisan sitasi dan teknik penulisan daftar pustaka lengkap dengan contohnya dengan APA (American Psychological Association) Style menggunakan aplikasi mendeley.
