Thus, this research aims to trace paths of anthropology with education debates in the papers presented at the meetings of the Brazilian Association of Anthropology (ABA) and the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (Anped), from 1995 to 2015. Based on the foucaultian tripod: knowledge, power and truth, this dissertation shows the themes and major discussions of the papers selected from the annals records, seeking to identify discourses and discursive disputes. In other words, how the research objects that are important to anthropology and education have been intersected, measured, and circulated in the current educational scenario. In order to carry out this task, all the presenting tables which dealt with education in the records of ABA and Anped's annals were mobilized, all the tables that brought significant subjects to anthropology (such as indigenous education, rural / agrarian education, sexual and gender diversity, ethnic issues, among others), as well as tables that explicitly mobilized social sciences. Through this research, three analysis axles were drawn: 1. Which educational spaces (formal or otherwise) raise problems for education and for anthropology; 2. The construction of alterity in the papers presented and 3. How research with cultural perspectives indicates a new proposal of formal education. Thus, we set out to map by which paths these crisscrosses occur in our archive. And we believe that it is our contribution to educational studies in relation to culture, and to anthropology, the identification of the most repeated statement in our collection: the constant intersection between school and difference.
