This study aims to find out (1) What is the personality of introverted students in class IX-B Tun... more This study aims to find out (1) What is the personality of introverted students in class IX-B Tunas Kelapa Junior High School Samarinda. (2) The role of the counseling guidance teacher in dealing with introverted students at Tunas Kelapa Samarinda Middle School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this study was observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are students who show introverted personality (1) These students have 6 characteristic attitudes including behaviors that tend to be formal, reserved, inhospitable, less skilled in expressing emotions, easily giving in to circumstances, and easily lagging in following circumstances. (2) The role of the Guidance Counseling teacher is to act as a counselor, consultant, change agent, main preventive agent, and the last role of the Guidance Counseling teacher as a supervisor.

Peran guru di abad ke-21 terus mengalami pergeseran terutama karena terdampak oleh kemajuan tekno... more Peran guru di abad ke-21 terus mengalami pergeseran terutama karena terdampak oleh kemajuan teknologi. Bahkan penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak daripada pengajaran tradisional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran yang valid, praktis, dana efektif untuk menstimulasi motorik halus anak. Satu guru dan 18 anak berusia 3-4 tahun menjadi subjek penelitian. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa media digital yang berupa video tutorial memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 3-4 tahun (dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.03). This study aims to find out (1) the efforts to carry out activities of rolling, cutting, sticking... more This study aims to find out (1) the efforts to carry out activities of rolling, cutting, sticking (3M) children aged 5-6 years through playing kokoru paper, (2) investigating factors that can influence 3M skill of children's through playing kokoru paper. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, which consists of two variables, namely the Implementation of 3M Activities and kokoru paper. Data collection in this study uses some techniques which are: (1) observation techniques (2) interview techniques and (3) documentation techniques. The results showed that (1) efforts to implement 3M activities of children through playing kokoru in Group B1 at PAUD Seroja Iman were introducing paper kokoru to children, introducing how to play paper kokoru to children, teaching steps to play kokoru paper to children, the efforts of children who have an interest in playing kokoru paper using 3M techniques amounted to 7 people from 8 children (2) there are 3 factors that can influence children's interest in playing kokoru paper there are 3 factors, namely the availability of kokoru paper color that children love, the availability of playing tutorial books kokoru paper containing fruits, animals, or cartoon characters that children like, and fruits, animals, or cartoon characters they see at home are objects in the paper kokoru playing activities.
