The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of organizational justice on the motivation and performance of employees. The study was conducted at PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur engaged in the construction of buildings with a sample of 136 employees were taken using proportionate random sampling technique. Companies must be supported with good human resource and quality to maintain the viability of the company. Analysis techniques used in this study is partial least square (PLS). The results showed that organizational justice and significant positive effect on motivation. Organizational justice is also positive and significant impact on performance. the motivation to have a positive effect on performance. The results of this study prove that, the better the perceived organizational justice by employees, motivation and performance will also increase. Similarly, the higher the motivation for good organizational justice the higher the performance of employees. The results are consistent with the theory that employees get organizational justice will increase the motivation and high performance in the completion of their duties. The practical implications of this research can be considered firm or management in making decisions or making policiespolicies related to organizational justice in order to improve the motivation and performance of employees.

Menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Danamon Cabang Kota Sukabumi sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui buku, laporan, jurnal, dan publikasi lainnya. Responden adalah nasabah aktif yang memiliki Tabungan Danamon Lebih Cabang Kota Sukabumi dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah populasi yang diambil secara random atau acak dengan besar sampel menggunakan pedoman tabel Krejcie dan Morgan dengan populasi nasabah sebanyak 338 nasabah. The study also aims to provide consideration for the management of a bank regarding the importance of focusing attention on the use of online banking in order to improve the quality of service to customers considering that customers are assets for banking financial institutions. This study used 100 samples, namely customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, Gianyar Branch. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula and data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires with a survey method. To answer the research hypothesis using an analytical tool, namely the multiple linear regression analysis method. Salah satu bentuk usaha yang dijalankan masyarakat Bali adalah usaha kerajinan perak. Desa Celuk memiliki potensi yang lebih besar dibandingkan desa-desa lainnya di bidang kerajinan perak pada tahun 2015 (Pradnya, 2015). Salah satu masalah utama yang menjadi fokus pengembangan UMKM adalah pengelolaan keuangan dimensi: penggunaan anggaran, pencatatan, pelaporan dan pengendalian) sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan (yang diterapkan oleh pengusaha kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk, Kecamatan Sukawati. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengusaha perak di Desa Celuk, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk, Sukawati sudah menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil dari kesimpulan tersebut berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh sebagai berikut:Ranking penerapan indikator pengelolaan keuangan yang paling tinggi diterapkan adalah indikator pelaporan (85%), pencatatan (83%), penggunaan anggaran (81%) dan pengendalian (66%).

However, in its development there are obstacles faced by duck meat, namely the aroma which some consumers feel rancid, the color of the meat is less attractive, namely dark red and tough and the percentage of carcass is low. Post-harvest handling of meat is important because it affects the nutritional content of the product and consumer safety. Some of the efforts that can be done is by processing duck meat in the form of various kinds of dishes or preserved forms. With so many consumers' interest in consuming processed food quickly and for a long time, currently it is known as Frozen food. This assistance is carried out to provide knowledge about processing rejected ducks to get added value and selling value to duck farmers

Penelitian juga bertujuan memberikan pertimbangan bagi manajemen sebuah perbankan terkait pentingnya fokus perhatian terhadap penggunaan online banking guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 nasabah yang menggunakan online banking sebagai sampel penelitian. Dari tujuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) yang terdiri dari persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kebermanfaatan serta computer self efficacy di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Keberadaan topeng di Bali diperkiraan sudah ada sejak masa prasejarah. Topeng menjadi perangkat utama dalam tari topeng, kesenian dramatari tradisional khas Bali. Dalam tari topeng, setiap pementas atau penari tampil dengan busana khusus serta mengenakan topeng. Topeng yang dikenakan oleh seorang penari menunjukkan tokoh yang diperakannya dalam sebuah pertunjukan.
