I am currently serving as a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture at Munzur University. My doctoral thesis examines the relationship between Alevism and music in the context of Tunceli (Dersim). In this context, I have undertaken academic studies examining the reflections of the transformations of the Alevi faith in the written and oral cultural context on music from a phenomenological perspective. As part of my duties at the university, I also teach bağlama lessons and strive to convey both the technical and cultural aspects of this traditional instrument to my students.
