Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapati bahwa strategi bisnis yang digunakan adalah dengan fokus menjual Produk dari para UMKM setempat, mulai menggunakan internet dan media sosial untuk memasarkan hasil produksinya sangat tepat dan bermanfaat. Dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha kecil (UMKM) pemanfaatan internet dan media sosial merupakan strategi yang sangat tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarata sekitar.

The subjects of this study were employees at KSPPS KUM Bogor Jatibarang Brebes Branch. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The results of this study are: (1) Discipline, (2) Dedication and (3) Understanding of Tasks. The leadership style carried out by the deputy head of the KSPPS KUM Bogor Branch Jatibarang is a democratic leadership style, which has been carried out by the head branches by always implementing discipline in work, motivating, accepting criticism and suggestions from employees, having high dedication and also in making decisions based on the results of deliberations in realizing the main goals of the company. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The democratic leadership style at KSPPS KUM Bogor Branch Jatibarang has influenced the performance of employees at work seen from the leadership prioritizing deliberation in making decisions and also providing jobdesk motivation or rewards to employees, this has an effect on performance employees (2) democratic leadership style deputy head of KSPPS KUM Bogor Branch Jatibarang has implemented a democratic leadership style in improving the performance of its employees.

Menurut data Kementrian Agama dalam buku Bimas Islam Dalam angka (BIDA) 2016 terdapat kekayaan ta... more Menurut data Kementrian Agama dalam buku Bimas Islam Dalam angka (BIDA) 2016 terdapat kekayaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia terdapat 435.768 lokasi dengan luas 4.347.021.170 M2. Dari total jumlah lokasi terbeut sekitar 75% diantaranya sudah bersertifikat dan sekitar 10% memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi dan dapat diberdayakan secara produktif. Salah satu sektor perwakafan yang paling penting adalah sektor pendidikan, karena wakaf tidak hanya mendukung pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga menyediakan berbagai fasilitas yang diperlukan mahasiswa maupun masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi strategi yang berkelanjutan melalui sektor pendidikan di pesantren Modern Sahid Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Wakaf Sahid Khusnul Khatimah, melaksanakan 3 sistem untuk wakaf produktif. Yaitu: 1) Akad Ijarah/Sewa 2) Akad yang dikelola Manajemen 3) Akad Bagi Hasil. Dari hasil analisis ini, harapannya sektor pendidikan di Yayasan Wakaf Sahid Khusnul Khatimah (YWSHK) terus berkelanjutan dan berkembang.

By combining these two desires, the allocation of bank funds must be directed in such a way that when necessary, all customer interests can be met. This can be done through investments made by sharia banks (in the form of placements with other banks or investments in securities and also from financing). The profit returns expected by Islamic banks come from profit sharing, profit margins, rent and others. Based on research conducted, Securities Owned / (Investment in Securities) of Non-Banks and Other Banks have an influence on the Net Profit of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2008-2021 Period. However, the positive influence mentioned above must still be balanced with the importance of the presence and existence of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units, namely as financing institutions that invest directly through mudharabah, murabahah and musyarakah.

The Indonesian economy is developing but with this pandemic the economic system has stagnated. Community Service Activities in addition to aiming at providing knowledge also provide opportunities for students to contribute in the community and even contribute to the state, one of which is Community Service activities carried out by students of the Sahid Islamic Institute of Bogor in Kampung Cikiray, Desa Bojong Jengkol, Kecamatan Ciampea, Bogor. This Kampung Ckiray is one of the many areas that have been negatively affected by this pandemic, such as losing their jobs, decreasing people's purchasing power and causing the economy in this village to not develop properly. With the community service program, the author contributes by holding a sharia financing work program in this Kampung Cikiray which is focused on UMKM. This is done nothing but to redevelop the UMKM business in Kampung Cikiray.

The result of this community service is that this service is carried out by providing an introduction to Islamic economics and business which is carried out with presentations, providing tutorials, discussions, and practices around material about Islamic economics and business education. Education is one of the basic capital of development, so education is an investment or the main capital in the future. Planning for Islamic Economics education and business practices based on sharia principles today is no longer a necessity, but has become a reality and is increasingly widespread. Economic institutions and Islamic business products are emerging and growing in various parts of the world, even in the midst of non-Muslim communities. Likewise educational planning and training that prepares the personnel for it. Scientific studies on the concept of Islamic economics and business are also continuing and deepening. With this community service, it can be concluded that Islamic education planning is essentially a decisionmaking process on a number of alternatives regarding the targets of the methods that will be implemented in the future in order to achieve the desired goals and monitoring and evaluating the results of their implementation. And the importance of education to bring the seeds of renewal for the development of society in an effort to improve the quality of life of a prosperous society and it is very necessary to have new and wider knowledge.

Therefore, the decline in economic growth due to the Covid-19 pandemic has increased the number of hajj cancellations and reduced the number of new hajj registrations. Forecasting is a method for estimating a future value using past data. This research was conducted at the Amanah Ummah BPRS which has a Hajj savings product, the forecasting is carried out using a linear trend mathematical equation model, a quadratic trend and an exponential trend. Choose the smallest method of the 3 methods because the smaller the forecast error value, the more accurate the results and can produce the optimal number.

The use of a payroll system can make it easier for companies to pay their employees. For the company, salary is a burden that must be incurred by the company to run a business so that the company needs a remuneration system to be able to streamline costs, but the results obtained by the company from employees are also maximal. The research method uses a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. With quantitative methods, namely the data obtained in the form of numbers that can be calculated with regard to the problem under study. The price and promotion variables together have a positive and significant effect on payroll decisions through Islamic banks, while the service factor has no positive influence on payroll decisions. This is obtained from the t-count value of each variable and the results of the F test simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely consumer decisions. The results that have been carried out by the author show that the dominant price and promotion factors affect payroll decisions through Islamic banks.

Then to find out the strategies used to handle problematic financing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, to find out the efforts made by KSPPS Khairu Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor Regency in providing policies to murabahah contract financing customers who are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis method or technique used for this research is qualitative descriptive analysis techniques using the SWOT analysis approach. Based on the results of this research, the factors that cause problematic financing are internal factors such as weaknesses in analyzing financing, lack of supervision and monitoring of customer capabilities, and negligence by officers in setting risk standards when providing financing during the Covid-19 pandemic. External factors occur in the members themselves because they experience declining business conditions, and there is no good faith on the part of the members in delaying installment payments. The efforts provided by KSPPS Khairu Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor Regency to customers who experienced bad credit during the Covid-19 pandemic were a stay strategy and a phase out strategy.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitif, metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode slovin, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 51 responden karyawan Karya Usaha Mandiri Nanggung yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikan 0,05 menemukan: (1) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) pemotivasian berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) pelatihan dan pemotivasian secara bersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Karya Usaha Mandiri Syariah Nanggung.

Tujuannya untuk membandingkan manfaat virtual account dan transfer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, subjek penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Modern Sahid dan Institut Agama Islam Sahid Bogor. Semakin modern alat digital, semakin mempermudah transaksi antara pemanfaatan virtual account dan transfer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan manfaat virtual account dan transfer. Desa Pamijahan memiliki sumber daya alam yang cukup untuk mengembangkan dan menyejahterakan secara sosial maupun ekonomi pada masyarakat. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diprogramkan akses pembiayaan syariah bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pamijahan, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini didahului dengan identifikasi masalah kepada pelaku UMKM, kemudian melakukan pengumpulan data. Selanjutnya mengolah data dan informasi, dan setelahnya disusun rencana solusi. Rencana solusi tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman UMKM dalam pembiayaan syariah, dan meningkatkan wawasan dan kepercayaan UMKM.

Dalam lingkup pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang manajemen sumber daya insani (MSDI) untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sumber daya insani dalam masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pembelajaran kepada masyarakat mengenai MSDI yang efektif. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Dengan adanya kegiatan yang dilakukan terhadap dan oleh Ibu Rumah Tangga, Remaja, dan Anak-anak. diadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Minimalisasi harus dilakukan agar strategi dari bank tercapai dan tidak mengalami kerugian apalagi terhadap Bank Umum Syariah yang melakukan penggabungan atau merger. Penggabungan atau merger pada Bank Umum Syariah antara Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, dan BRI Syariah tentu saja menimbulkan dampak positif dan dampak negatif, yang mana risiko strategis ini dapat saja menjadi dampak negatif bagi bank ini. Untuk meminimalisasi risiko strategis ini diperlukan konsolidasi dan perencanaan matang dari setiap bagian bank agar dapat bersatu menyatukan pikiran dalam bank yang baru terbentuk.
