The data used in this research is data Primer. Statistical data processing using SPSS version 22.The data processing states that the variable partial training has a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity Employees with t count (5.835)> t table (1.98969) and the sign value 0.001 <0.05, which means that H 0 rejected H 1 accepted. Career Development partially variable has a positive and significant impact on the Work Productivity Employees with t count (3.814)> t table (1.98969),) and sig 0.000 <0.05, which means that H 0 is rejected and H 1 ditrima .. And simultaneously variable and Training Career development has a positive and significant impact on the variable Work Productivity Employees with the values obtained F hitung (34.792)> F table (3.11) and the value sig (0,001) <0.05, which means that H 0 is rejected and H 1 accepted. For R 2 obtained a value of 0.767 or by 76.7%, which means that the independent variables can influence or explainthe dependent variables simultaneously-each amounting to 76.7%, and the remaining 23.3% can be explained by other independent variables that are not usedin the study this.
