The current work is aimed to analyze the genome of CoVID 19 and compare its evolutionary relation with the other species of viruses that are known to cause respiratory disorders. Viral membrane proteins and proteins involved in replication of viral genetic material play an integral part in virushost interactions. These classes of protein are often the best candidates for antiviral drug and vaccine targets. Disrupting these proteins may be an effective means to inhibit the growth and disintegrate the virus. Taking advantage of the recent release of some of the gene sequences and the genome of Novel Coronavirus 2019 by NCBI GenBank and the agility provided by Insilico Bioinformatics tools, the current work aimed to study the evolutionally conserved regions of the genome of the CoVid 19. The comparison of the complete genome and specifically the coding gene sequence for membrane proteins and proteins involved in viral replication of MN908947.3 Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 isolate Wuhan-Hu-1, complete genome-2019 (better known as Covid 19), Isolated from China, was conducted. 25 viruses including commonly known respiratory tract pathogen were selected for the current study. Sequence similarity analysis and comparative study results revealed that the viral membrane protein, M protein Shares similarity only with the other corona group of viruses and (MERS) and not with HCOV. Moreover, the complete genome comparison revealed the presence of a specific conserved gene region shared by MERS and CoVid 19, which was further analyzed. Animals were divided into 7 groups for comparing the activity of P.marsupium at two doses 250 mg/kg & 500 mg/kg b. w against standard (Glibenclamide) & controls groups. Rats having blood glucose above 250 mg/dL were considered as diabetic. Learning & memory was tested using Morris water maze. Time taken to reach the platform (escape latencies) by animals was noted from day 1 to 8 and probe trial was conducted on day 9 to record the time spent in the different quadrants. Methods: Diabetes mellitus was induced by Streptozotocin (STZ) & Nicotinamide (NA) intraperitoneal route injection. Animals were divided into 7 groups for comparing the activity of P.marsupium at two doses 250 mg/kg & 500 mg/kg b. w against standard (Glibenclamide) & controls groups. Rats having blood glucose above 250 mg/dL were considered as diabetic. Learning & memory was tested using Morris water maze. Time taken to reach the platform (escape latencies) by animals was noted from day 1 to 8 and probe trial was conducted on day 9 to record the time spent in the different quadrants. Results: Blood glucose levels were significantly (p<0.001) reduced in plant treated and glibenclamide groups when compared to diabetic controls. Detection of diastolic dysfunction is important factor in cardiac evaluation of hypertensives. MATERIAL AND METHODS: retrospective study carried out in Medicine department, SIMS, Shimoga for one year from Jan 2013 to Jan 2014. 50 patients who are hypertensive without any abnormality were studied general and systemic examination done, 2d echocardiography done in which transmitral flow velocity (E/A) and pulmonary venous A duration- mitral A duration (∆d) is measured. RESULT: 32% of subjects were newly diagnosed hypertensives in our study. 56% of cases had normal diastolic function as defined by E/A ratio (>1), 18% of cases in our study with normal E/A ratio were found to have pseudonormal pattern of diastolic function. Conventional tyres over period have been dominating the world marketplace because it exhib its ride excellence and robustness. But it has disadvantaged such as burst out while driving, compound manufacturing method, the necessity to keep interior pressure. An innovative technology is under advancemen t to exploit only one of its kind blends of materials and geometry that does not need compressed air to hold up the load. Hence non pneumatic tyres were introduced. Non-pneumatic tyre is a submissive of cellu lar flexib le spoke component which acts as air of a traditional tyre. In this project we replace conventional alloy wheel by flexib le spoke structure. We investigated hexagonal honeycomb along spokes designed for non-pneumatic tyre by applying uni-axial load.
