For each frequency of the studied frequency range, a small system of linear equations leads to the effective quantities (kinetic energy, vibrational intensity); in no way does this procedure require a detailed finite element discretization of the structure.

But it is not the only one. A second difficulty consists to find a social arrangement which approaches as much as possible the social optimum without forgetting that the optimum can be reached with the rejection of certain candidacies. It seems impossible to solve a social optimum problem of the size of the french labor market because this one is furthermore constituted of 26 million job-seekers and that no computer is capable of managing the matching problem which, surprisingly is not of an excessive complexity-it is of order n 3-, but which quickly collides with the computational capacity of machines, however powerful they may be. It's the reason why it is essential to study restricted size markets, that is markets of less than 10000 job-seekers, to observe how practical solutions which can be organized as, for example, a geographical progressive balkanization either geographic or by skill level, leads to a departure from the Pareto optimum. In this context, this paper suggests to compare the level of efficiency of a decentralized actually practicable solution with the optimum which would be if only it was possible to collect all necessary information to implement and compute it.

This language allows composing heterogeneous remote services. The domain of this language is Scientific Research Reproducibility. The main advantage of this language is its simplicity. In fact, this language is designed to be used by Business Domain Experts, in opposite to other business process composition languages, which are designed to be used by software experts. Furthermore, the design of this language covers the whole software application lifecycle. This includes specification phase, development phase and deployment phase, while transparently integrating the fault tolerance mechanisms necessary for each phase. It can also be used in association with other programming languages.

In this paper we describe RunMyCode (RMC), a cloud based Platform as a Service tool (PaaS) which ... more In this paper we describe RunMyCode (RMC), a cloud based Platform as a Service tool (PaaS) which involves researchers collaborating across different time and geographical zones to produce research results along with their related papers. It helps researchers to incrementally co-create, deploy, evaluate, optimize and reproduce their research. It allows also a continuous integration and enhancement of different types of research artefacts including visual models, software and scripts. RMC extends traditional collaborative platforms by means of a scientific research-oriented social layer which allows intensive user contribution, interactions, and community building along with a content management system that lets researchers share, evaluate and develop valuable knowledge. RMC features include load balancing, elastic context aware and data-driven resource allocation, and parallel and "parameterizable" task execution.

Finding effective tools to facilitate collaborative project initiation, sharing ideas and data using the internet infrastructures is a challenge even with the most advanced technology and trained professionals. In this paper we describe a new online version control system equipped with a full action tracing system. Our tool is dedicated to people involved in the research activities. The tool aims to bring to researchers, developers, as well as domain experts stemming from multiple disciplines. The tools allows to co-develop scripts and computer programs to test and demonstrate research finding with a total traceability features, it allows exchange ideas, evaluate, test, reproduce and optimize research findings and artifacts and create a network for scientific community to be up to date with the latest development in this important field.
