A metodologia e a qualitativa do tipo Design-Based Research.

This information will assist in quality care strategies in the teaching and learning process. The characteristics of deafness are also presented as the cognitive development of these students, as well as analysis of the inclusion and integration process and its distinctions. It also reports the use of the bilingual method, which considers LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language) as the natural language of the deaf (L1) and the Portuguese language as the second (L2). It also presents the rights provided by law for a quality service that ensures the presence of the interpreter, in the classroom, and the recognition of LIBRAS as the natural language of the deaf. It is notepoint that the use of the term "hearing impaired" in this study, is due to the knowledge that some documents and laws use therapeutic clinical terms to refer to deafness as "disability" in society. The information needed for the analysis was obtained through qualitative research and bibliographic references, which are:

This paper reports the cytotoxic and genotoxic analyses of oleoresins and leaves extracts of Copaifera species: C. duckei, C. multijuga, C. paupera, C. pubiflora, C. reticulata and C. trapezifolia. In vitro assays were performed using Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts (V79 cells). The clonogenic efficiency and cytokinesis-block micronucleus assays were employed for the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity assessment, respectively. The mouse bone marrow micronucleus test was used for in vivo studies. The UPLC-MS/MS and CG/MS analyses of Copaifera oleoresins allowed the identification of the 10 acid diterpenes and 11 major volatile sesquiterpenes. Leaves are rich in phenolic compounds including 2 flavonoid heterosides and 16 galloylquinic acid derivatives. The cytotoxicity results obtained by the clonogenic efficiency assay showed IC values ranged from 9.8 to 99.2µg/mL to oleoresins and...

Ursolic acid (UA) and oleanolic acid (OA) are pentacyclic triterpenoid compounds found in plants ... more Ursolic acid (UA) and oleanolic acid (OA) are pentacyclic triterpenoid compounds found in plants used in the human diet and in medicinal herbs, in the form of aglycones or as the free acid. These compounds are known for their hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, hypoglycemic, antimutagenic, antioxidant, and antifertility activities. In the present study, we evaluated the effects of UA and OA on the formation of 1,2-dimethyl-hydrazine (DMH)–induced aberrant crypt foci (ACF) in the colon of the male Wistar rat. The animals received subcutaneous (sc) injections of DMH (40 mg/kg body weight) twice a week for two weeks to induce ACF. UA, OA and a mixture of UA and OA were administered to the rats five times a week for four weeks by gavage at doses of 25 mg/kg body weight/day each, during and after DMH treatment. All animals were sacrificed in week 5 for the evaluation of ACF. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of ACF in the group treated with the t...
