This article discusses the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) as an alternative strategy for proposing... more This article discusses the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) as an alternative strategy for proposing solutions to mental health problems according to the Islamic approach. This technique has been applied by researchers to provide solutions to mental health problems among students. The findings of the summary of expert recommendations have identified a total of 12 alternatives and methods in solving mental health problems. In addition, the findings of the study show that the NGT technique has helped researchers to obtain element validation quickly and easily because the elements have been developed through reading the literature and then discussed and voted for expert consensus. Suggestions for further study are suggested to make a better study with the producers of specific modules to solve mental problems in particular.

If ignored, this issue will become more acute and severe in society. They are following this situation, whether the counseling services offered at the National level can efficiently address this mental health issue. Therefore, this study evaluated the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being among counseling clients in LPPKN Pahang, Malaysia. The purposive sampling technique was used to collect 143 counseling clients to answer the questionnaire. SmartPLS software was used to psychometrically evaluate the questionnaire form's data content and test the research hypotheses. The analysis results yielded several significant findings: first, there was a positive and significant relationship between self-awareness and psychological well-being. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional regulation and psychological well-being. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between self-motivation and psychological wellbeing. Fourth, there is a positive and significant relationship between social awareness and psychological well-being. Fifth, there is a positive and significant relationship between social skills and psychological well-being. The findings of this study confirm that emotional intelligence is an essential determinant of psychological well-being. These findings are expected to assist practitioners in understanding the diversity of scopes and perspectives related to emotional intelligence and how it continues with the psychological well-being of a counseling client. Next, the best management plan and action can be planned in detail to help clients maintain their emotions and well-being in the face of life crises.

Home financing is therefore one of the mechanisms that helps consumers in need of a house. Though it has become substantially important these days, there are some who are entrapped by the housing debt and become bankrupt. From 2005 until May 2010 alone, there are about 6022 cases of bankruptcy due the inability to repay the housing debt. This paper shall provide an empirical analysis regarding the practice of home financing and the level of understanding of the Islamic debt principle. For this purpose, cross-sectional survey methodology is applied. Data in this paper are obtained from the questionnaire given out to 690 respondents from UiTM campuses in Shah Alam, Pahang and Penang. The respondents include academic and administrative staffs who are Muslims. The t-test results show that there are no significant relationship between the practice of home financing and level of Islamic debt understanding.
