In the field of education, teachers, professors and students had to adapt to new ways of teaching and learning and in circumstances of stress and uncertainty. Non-university tertiary training also managed to overcome the challenge posed to us: we had to guarantee the students' knowledge without adequate tools. Universities have ad hoc campuses and platforms for their students. Many teachers who were university students or went through postgraduate degrees in the “distance” modality, we know that way of working. However, the majority of teacher training institutes had to adapt to this new "normality": virtuality. Over the course of months, we had to modify not only our lives, distancing ourselves from our loved ones, but also reorganizing everything that until then, we knew as "normality." It is a management project that aims to provide a service in a popular library of the Berazategui party, Buenos Aires (Argentina). It is a vulnerable community, and the library offers different workshops, courses, support classes, in addition to its collection to users. During 2020, the library was closed, adapting its services in a virtual way. This project will include older adults in new technologies so that they can acquire skills, abilities and socialize with family members, as well as resolve conflicts in daily life that were made difficult during the COVID-19 pandemic

El analisis filosofico-politico realizado por Arendt marca indudablemente un hito en el camino del reconocimiento del totalitarismo como uno de los fenomenos mas siniestro de la historia mundial, que, sin embargo, tiene raices historicas y metafisicas que ponen en duda el caracter radical de las formas anteriores de la reflexion filosofica y politica. La totalidad de las manifestaciones de la crueldad, arbitrariedad y burocratismo desalmado inherentes al poder totalitario supero los horizontes tradicionales del pensamiento filosofico, y el radicalismo del planteamiento del problema por parte de Hannah Arendt estimula de una manera nueva a evaluar y a comprender muchos acontecimientos y fenomenos de la civilizacion, la politica y la cultura.
