The thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific and technical prob-lems of increasing thecostof the existing technical product by transforming it into a product with other features or design. Search ideas of the new application of existing products on the heuristic analysis were based.Classification of heuristic methods by using created axiomatic base was developed. Heuristic techniques that is component of heuristic methods were allocated. Recommendations for the use of generalized heuristic methods for all project management process groups and knowledge areas reverse engineering were developed. The interaction of psycho by typology of My-ers-Briggs for applying heuristic methods was developed in detail. Psycho that inher-ent to employees of engineering company was described. The analysis of project risks reverse engineering for: possibilities of management, the degree of acceptability, time of occurrence and sensitivity risk of project to risk of each component of project, was made. An addiction for the calculated value of risk degree was created. An addiction that relates the probability to make decisions with a probability density function of each of the components is developed. Probability density function to make decisions using of Monte Carlo method was determined.
