As a result, the company will not follow, first of all, the benefit brought by a certain successful business, but to develop long-term business relationships with the same customers. The integration of Web technologies has an important place into the process of accomplishing companies' objectives to increase the competitiveness degree on the market by generating customers' loyalty. Developing a web-site makes it possible a very good communication with the clients , and this leads, finally, to a constant adaptation of the company's offer to the continuously changing customers' requests.

This paper presents an informatic system designed for collaborative logistic networks. The inform... more This paper presents an informatic system designed for collaborative logistic networks. The informational system is composed of structured informational modules that can easily be modified in order to facilitate the testing of the different algorithms that are being used. The informational system has two components, in the form of web application modules, which are connected to the user-specific modules (THE CLIENT WEB APPLICATION) and to the server-specific modules (THE SERVER WEB APPLICATION), respectively. These two modules operate the transmission of information, the demands of the client and the offers generated by the server. The designed informational system has been tested in actual operating conditions, by co-optating ten EMSs from the Bihor county area. According as IT area advanced, training’s possibilities of employees were diversified, interactive lessons and training devices on demand, replacing classical lessons. The most competitive sectors of Romanian economy are those which use e-learning solutions. The portfolio of competences, the level of employees’ information, the models and the work methods are essential pre-requisites for the companies’ success. This paper presents the results of a study regarding the necessary means for small and medium ent... more This paper presents the results of a study regarding the necessary means for small and medium enterprises to effectively interact and cooperate in terms of obtaining a maximum profit from transport infrastructures and communications using available and predictable information technology and communications means. The diversity of structures among enterprises has led to the development of new software products, which are more competitive and efficient and are covering a wider domain of application. As the majority of logistics activities are focused on planning, realizing and tracking cargo, managing vehicles and afferent activities, specific software products were designed and developed, generically called TMS. An analysis of current situation shows that small and medium enterprises are using just a small part of available software. They are treat customers individually and does not enable collaboration between customers to reduce transportation costs or sharing the transport resources.

In information-rich environments where knowledge flows freely and communications are abundant and multi-directional, pressures increase on governments to be more transparent, accountable and participatory. At the same time, the ability of governments to access and control information, and the uneven access to information and knowledge among sectors of society can, in certain circumstances, increase inequality and further entrench existing political and social elites. Unequal access to education and training can perpetuate and deepen inequality.

Study of organizational activity and highlighting problem situations that require specific soluti... more Study of organizational activity and highlighting problem situations that require specific solutions, require a detailed analysis of the models defined for the real system of the economic companies, regarded not as a sum of assets, but as organizations in which there are activities related into processes. In addition to the usual approach of using modeling languages in the development of information systems, in this paper we intend to present some examples that demonstrate the usefulness of a standard modeling language (UML) to analyze organizational activities and to report problem situations that may occur in data management registered on primary documents or in processes that bring together activities. Examples that have been focused on a travel agency can be extrapolated to any other organization, and the diagrams can be used in different contexts, depending on the complexity of the activities identified.

In this context we can also include the efforts made for the efficiency of documents circulation within the administration, which have taken the shape of modern ways of approach. Within the most efficient ways of reducing bureaucracy we can mention the increase of efficiency for the informatics structure of public entities.
