More than 20 years of working experience bought in international and local NGO sector/organizations, as well as in public educational institutions (both primary and secondary school): working on projects targeting women, youth and children, I had an opportunity to gain wide experience as a project coordinator, project development, public advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation of project implementation, including donor relations, groups’ dynamic and NGO development. Also, I have more than 15 years of experience in developing training curricula and facilitating numerous workshops, training and seminars for representatives of CSOs and public institutions, pupils and teachers. From another side, I have conducted many researches, both qualitative and quantitative, considering different research techniques, as well as I've participated in drafting guidelines and manuals focusing on the topic of of social inclusion, human rights and gender equality, volunteerism, youth participation and activism, career guidance, violence against women/children, conflict management, hate speech and internet violence.

-In-depth knowledge of modern trends in education, both formal and non-formal, and the possibilities of its application;

Regional GAP Assessment identifies gaps in terms of existing services, beneficiary needs, quality and standardization of the services, allocation of the funds for the services, and at the end, offered the solutions
and determined the tasks needed to be completed to close this gap.

Istraživanje je realizovano u okviru regionalnog projekta "Interkulturalnost u obrazovanju”. Projekat, realizovan u periodu jun 2020 – mart 2021. godine, osmislili i realizovali su Udruženje pedagoga Crne Gore u saradnji s partnerskim organizacijama NVU Djeca Crne Gore iz Crne Gore i Mrežom za izgradnju mira iz Bosne i Hercegovine. Projekat je implementiran u okviru Zajedničkog regionalnog programa „Dijalog za budućnost: unaprijeđenje dijaloga i društvene kohezije u, i između, Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore i Republike Srbije“ koji sprovode UNDP, UNICEF i UNESCO, a finansira ga Fond UN-a za izgradnju mira (UN PBF).
U okviru pomenutog projekta, stvarane su prilike za promociju tolerancije među mladim ljudima i njihovo međusobno povezivanje, kako bi zajedničkim aktivnostima i prijateljstvom postigli pozitivan uticaj na razbijanje predrasuda i proces pomirenja u regionu. Sve projektne aktivnosti realizovane su u četiri srednje škole: Prvoj gimnaziji i
Gimnaziji School of Science and Technology iz Sarajeva iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Gimnaziji „Slobodan Škerović“ Podgorica i Medresi „Mehmet Fatih“ Tuzi iz Crne Gore.
An assessment of commercial sexual exploitation of children and child protection responses in the Western Balkans:
CSEC manifests itself in several interconnected forms in the WB6, including in sex
trafficking of minors, exploitation of children in travel and tourism, early and forced
marriage and sexual exploitation in venues such as brothels, bars and strip clubs.
It is also reflected in the creation and distribution of child sexual abuse materials
(CSAM) online, including but not limited to the recording, live-streaming, sharing and
downloading of materials depicting minors being sexually exploited. There are also
several overlaps between CSEC and other forms of exploitation, including labour
exploitation (e.g., begging). Even before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the WB6, the
region was recording an increasing number of CSEC cases.
Given the lack of research and court data which could serve as a basis of analysis, there is no common profile of perpetrators involved in CSEC in the region. In fact, it seems that perpetrators are operating across the region without much scrutiny, facilitated by digital technologies and networks, the rise in tourism and widespread weaknesses in the child protection system. Criminal actors also take advantage of the region’s socioeconomic vulnerabilities and endemic marginalization, making various ethnic minorities even more vulnerable.
This report assesses children’s vulnerability to CSEC across the WB6 and focuses
specifically on online sexual exploitation of children and sexual exploitation of children
in travel and tourism (SECTT). It also provides an overview of what law enforcement
authorities, private companies and civil society organizations are doing – and what they are not doing – to respond to, combat and prevent the various manifestations of CSEC.

nasilja. Program realizovan uz podršku Ministarstva rada i socijalnig
staranja, kroz projekat „Osnažena Nezavisna Aktivna“ imao je za cilj da
kroz edukativno-iskustvene grupe doprinese stvaranju sigurnog,
podržavajuceg okruženja za žene koje su preživjele nasilje i
potpomogne proces razvijanja njihove lične strategije za život bez
nasilja.
Program samopodrške, realizovan kroz edukativno-iskustvene grupe,
gdje su žene imale mogućnost da razgovaraju, razmijene svoja
traumatična iskustva i svoja ponašanja kao žrtve, da planiraju
konkretne korake i odluke i iznađu metode i mogućnosti za izlazak iz
nasilja, pokazale su se kao važan faktor u osnaživanju žena. Program je
koncipiran tako da osnažuje ženu da prevaziđe kriznu situaciju i ojača
je da istraje u svim fazama postupka protiv počinioca nasilja, kao i u
kasnijoj fazi oporavka.
"Speak peace! Hate speech is not an option!" explores the concepts of hate speech, its manifestations, its risks for human rights and democracies. This booklet was developed for any person, civil society organisations and others who feel the need to understand the phenomenon of hate speech better and wish to do something to combat hate speech, taking a stance against it in diverse societies they live in. It provides explanations about hate speech as well as proposals for actions to prevent and fight hate speech.
Currently available in English, the publication is being translated in other languages, to accompany the campaigns aimed at combating hate speech and other activities of the organisation in the field, including when supporting youth mobilisation and civil society activism. "Speak peace! Hate speech is not an option" is now available in an e-version on the Horizontal Facility, Partnership for Good Governance and Council of Europe Anti-discrimination website and will be broadly shared online and presented at virtual events organised during the pandemic. Printed copies will be available as of spring in the field offices of the Council of Europe and of the European Union. Versions in Albanian, Armenian, Bosnian, Georgian, Macedonian, Montenegrin, Romanian, Russian, Serbian and Ukrainian will be published once available.

Civil society in the region has been demonstrating growing leverage power, as civil society organizations play an increasingly important role in the policy domain and gain the power to influence or sometimes even reverse government decisions. Volunteerism, a potential driving
force for civic engagement and civil society, has been showing signs of improvement, but it does remain an insufficiently recognised and inadequately used social force. Case studies analyzed in this publication demonstrate the values of volunteerism in different sectors, in urban and rural areas, volunteerism’s contributions to civil society development and
volunteerism’s capacity to contribute to MDGs.
The RIVER SEE programme initiated by UNV/UNDP in 2003 is engaging relevant civil society actors across the region in a coordinated effort to promote volunteerism as a tool for regional cooperation and potential for integration, and contributing to the fight against poverty and social inclusion. The countries involved in the programme – Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo (treated separately), are analyzed through a unified perspective where different stages of civil society development are considered. The major differences are identified through statistic data and case studies related to a number of projects and civil society initiatives analyzed in Western Balkan countries.

Projektom je uključena razmjena informacija na portalima i sajtovima, kao i razvijanje Info tačke u Gimnaziji “Slobodan Škerović”.

Cilj projekta je da podrži mlade ljude u nastojanjima da postanu građani/ke koji/e su društveno angažovani/e, koristeći elektronski medij i direktnu komunikaciju za razmjenu ideja i znanja.

Analizom stanja sprovedenom u svrhu izrade ove studije, se želi utvrditi u kojoj mjeri je u Crnoj Gori, donošenjem i primjenom Zakona o zaštiti od nasilja u porodici, uz već postojeće propise i zakone, zaživjela dobra praksa u izdavanju i sprovođenju zaštitnih mjera i ostvaren standard dužne pažnje, koji Istanbulska konvencija postavlja pred državu potpisnicu. U skladu sa ključnim nalazima studije dat je set preporuka za neodložne intervencije u oblasti zaštite žena od nasilja i nasilja u porodici, koje je Vlada dužna da osigura u skladu sa međunarodnim standardima i domaćim zakonodavstvom.

Kako bi se u školi svi osjećali sigurno i bezbjedno, potrebno je uvijek
blagovremeno reagovati na sve oblike nasilja. U školi se interveniše na
nasilje, zlostavljanje i zanemarivanje kada se ono dešava ili se dogodilo
između: djece, odnosno učenika/ca (vršnjačko nasilje); zaposlenog/e i
djeteta, odnosno učenika/ce; roditelja i djeteta, odnosno učenika/ce; kao i kada nasilje, zlostavljanje i zanemarivanje čini treće lice u odnosu na dijete, zaposlenog/ne ili roditelja.
Škola je dužna da reaguje uvijek kada postoji sumnja ili saznanje da
učenik/ca trpi nasilje, bez obzira na to gdje se ono dogodilo, događa
ili priprema.

The countries involved in the programme – Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo (treated separately), are analyzed through a unified perspective where different stages of civil society development are considered. The major differences are identified through statistic data and case studies related to a number of projects and civil society initiatives analyzed in Western Balkan countries.
Projekat se realizuje radi udruženog djelovanja i pokretanja saradnje među stranama koje djeluju u okviru oblasti informisanja mladih.
Ovom prilikom, partnerske strane, NVO Forum MNE, Gimnazija “Slobodan Škerović” i studentski portal www.desavanja.me udružili su se radi pospješivanja protoka informacija do mladih ljudi.
Projektom je uključena razmjena informacija na portalima i sajtovima, kao i razvijanje Info tačke u Gimnaziji “Slobodan Škerović”.
Projekat je podržan u okviru programa “Društveno osnaživanje mladih u Crnoj Gori”, finansiranom od strane Italijanske kooperacije, a implemantira ga Međunarodna organizacija za migracije (IOM) u saradnji sa Kancelarijom za mlade.
Cilj projekta je da podrži mlade ljude u nastojanjima da postanu građani/ke koji/e su društveno angažovani/e, koristeći elektronski medij i direktnu komunikaciju za razmjenu ideja i znanja.

Analizom stanja sprovedenom u svrhu izrade ove studije, se želi utvrditi u kojoj mjeri je u Crnoj Gori, donošenjem i primjenom Zakona o zaštiti od nasilja u porodici, uz već postojeće propise i zakone, zaživjela dobra praksa u izdavanju i sprovođenju zaštitnih mjera i ostvaren standard dužne pažnje, koji Istanbulska konvencija postavlja pred državu potpisnicu. U skladu sa ključnim nalazima studije dat je set preporuka za neodložne intervencije u oblasti zaštite žena od nasilja i nasilja u porodici, koje je Vlada dužna da osigura u skladu sa međunarodnim standardima i domaćim zakonodavstvom.

Kako bi se u školi svi osjećali sigurno i bezbjedno, potrebno je uvijek
blagovremeno reagovati na sve oblike nasilja. U školi se interveniše na
nasilje, zlostavljanje i zanemarivanje kada se ono dešava ili se dogodilo
između: djece, odnosno učenika/ca (vršnjačko nasilje); zaposlenog/e i
djeteta, odnosno učenika/ce; roditelja i djeteta, odnosno učenika/ce; kao i kada nasilje, zlostavljanje i zanemarivanje čini treće lice u odnosu na dijete, zaposlenog/ne ili roditelja.
Škola je dužna da reaguje uvijek kada postoji sumnja ili saznanje da
učenik/ca trpi nasilje, bez obzira na to gdje se ono dogodilo, događa
ili priprema.

Specifični ciljevi programa:
1. Sticanje znanja i vještina za sprovođenje alternativnih programa psihosocijalne podrške ženama s iskustvom nasilja kroz edukativno-iskustvene grupe;
2. Upoznavanje tehnika rada na sopstvenom iskustvu nasilja kroz razmjenu iskustava sa drugim ženama;
3. Primjena stečenog znanja i vještina u edukativno-iskustvenim grupama za podizanje svijesti o pravu na život bez nasilja i diskriminacije.
Unaprijeđenje znanja i vještina nastavnika/ca u cilju uspostavljanje efikasnog sistema prevencije i zaštite djece i mladih od nasilja u porodici.
Posebni zadaci
a) Upoznavanje polaznika/ca programa sa teorijskim konceptima, dinamikom i rasprostranjenošću nasilja nad ženama i djecom u porodici;
b) Sticanje znanja o vrstama i posljedicama nasilja nad ženama i djecom u porodici, mehanizmima i strategijama nasilnika koje održavaju nevidljivost nasilja;
c) Upoznavanje sa ulogom i nadležnostima relevantnih službi u slučajevima nasilja u porodici;
d) Sticanje vještina za prepoznavanje i postupanje u situacijama nasilja kojem su djeca izložena u porodici;
e) Primjena standardnih postupaka i procedura zaposlenih u vaspitno-obrazovnim ustanovama u situacijama nasilja u porodici;
f) Sticanje znanja o institucionalno-pravnom okviru u zaštiti od nasilja u porodici na nacionalnom i međunarodnom nivou i upoznavanje sa postojećim servisima u sistemu zaštite žrtava porodičnog nasilja.
Cilj ovog Uputstva je da ponudi osnovne smjernice nastavnicima kako da vrednuju rad i zalaganje učenika, kako da ih ocijene u četvrtom klasifikacionom periodu i izvedu zaključnu ocjenu.
U litaruturi ocjenjivanje je definisano kao aktivnost koje se sprovodi u školi sa ciljem dobijanja podataka o procesu napredovanja učenika u nastavi, što podrazumijeva praćenje, provjeravanje i ocjenjivanje znanja, vještina, stavova i vrijednosti učenika na osnovu unaprijed utvrđenih elemenata i kriterijuma ocjenjivanja. Međutim, u novonastaloj situaciji neophodno je prilagoditi metod vrednovanja i ocjenjivanja učenika. Taj proces treba da bude određen principom razumijevanja, podrške i pomoći učenicima.
Preduzetništvo je jednogodišnji izborni predmet koji se izučava sa jednim časom nedeljno u prvom ili drugom razredu opšte gimnazije. Nastava preduzetništva kod učenika razvija preduzetnički duh, preduzetnički način razmišljanja, samostalnost, samopouzdanje, liderstvo, kreativnost, sposobnost rješavanja problema, inicijativnost, timski rad, odgovornost i komunikacione vještine.

Prema metodološkom pristupu i načinu prikupljanja podataka, istraživanje je kvantitativno, a za prikupljanje podataka kreirani su online upitnici za srednjoškolce, nastavnike I roditelje. Kombinovana su otvorena i zatvorena pitanja (ponuđeni odgovori, višestruki odgovori, skale).
Cilj: ispitivanje iskustva i stavova srednjoškolaca i srednjoškolki, njihovih roditelja i nastavnika, o govoru mržnje na internetu
Metode i instrumenti: deskriptivna metoda, online ankete za učenike, nastavnike I roditelje (u prilogu)
Uzorak: učenici srednjih škola, njihovi roditelji i nastavnici
unije u okviru Programa prekogranične saradnje Crna Gora – Kosovo*, inicirali izradu Pravilnika o mjerilima i postupku za upis RE studenata na osnovne studije u Crnoj Gori pod povoljnijim uslovima. Predlogom nacrta Pravilnika želimo da unaprijedimo sistem afirmativnih akcija u visokoškolskom obrazovanju za Rome/Romkinje i Egipćane/
Egipćanke i pomognemo u procesu stvaranja novog pravnog okvira koji može da obezbijedi djelotvorno, efikasno i pravedno obrazovanje za sve.
