This has caused data to increase exponentially at very high rates increasing the complexity of the relation between them. Multidimensional data thus come into existence and multidimensional data visualization tools help to understand the complexity of the relationship between data efficiently. Radar charts being very simple, easy, and more understandable due to their ability to reduce the complexity of the relationship between data plays a very important role in visualization. But radar charts still contain a few limitations that are being analyzed during this work. Radar charts are significant in many applications thus the work proposes a design for an improved 3D version of the Radar chart that can solve the problem in existing radar charts and achieve benchmarking.

Several techniques that have been used to forecast future weather are statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. Forecast of weather can assist in the decision-making process for the prevention of disasters. While forecasting weekly weather can help people, decide and manage their activities and recreational programs it can also help Smart management programs. The accuracy of the Short term ambient forecast conditions is particularly conducive to the development of forecast management strategies. This paper presents an inclusive survey on such methods based on Machine Learning, and Deep Learning Techniques used to predict weather and discusses the applications, types, and problems of the forecasting.

Privacy-Preservation in Collaborative Association Rule Mining for Outsourced Data

The burgeoning ability to generate vast volumes of data presents technical challenges for efficient data mining. Meanwhile, with the emergence of cloud computing and its model for IT services, which affords both computational and storage scalability, the outsourcing of data for storage and mining services is acquiring popularity. So, many organizations having insufficient storage and computational resources, willing to reduce their storage and computation cost, are widely adopting the outsourcing of the data mining jobs to a third party service provider. These service providers are assumed to be semi-trusted parties for privacy concerns. In this paper, we propose a collaborative privacy-preserving data mining (CPP...

Microservices are used as a group of independent units with narrowly specified responsibilities that interact through well-described REST APIs. It is observed that the most challenging part in developing any application using microservice architecture is decomposing it into the correct level of granularity at design and run time, which requires good skills and domain knowledge. In this paper, some prominent topics in microservices analysis, such as determining the size and boundaries of microservices using various decomposition approaches and extraction of microservices from large monolithic applications have been discussed and analysed. Work pertaining to essential quality metrics required for a microservices-based system has also been surveyed. In this survey paper, we have identified how these topics are correlated and proposed some steps that might be beneficial in the transformation of monolithic app...

The Web services are used to interact between components, programs, and applications. In this paper, we have proposed an approach to allow for support of web service descriptions and queries using registries that conforms to UDDI V3.0.2 specification. Specifically, our main aim is to discover user requested services based on not only on functional parameters but also non functional parameters such as Quality of Service (QoS) parameters. Web Service discovery can be augmented using query expansion as well as appended with QoS in requirement. Since the metadata associated with web services is very less as compared to HTML pages, to offer a web service appropriate to a client we have used two techniques from Information Retrieval: Query Expansion ...

In this field, more tests are needed to be carried out so as to decide the skin condition the patient may be facing. The time to diagnose may vary according to the different dermatologist. Machine learning and image processing can be used to efficiently detect the skin diseases. There are seven different categories of skin cancer- melanocytic nevi, melanoma, benign keratosis, Basal cell carcinoma, actinic keratosis, vascular lesions and dermatofibroma. The purpose of this review is to outline types, diagnosis, methodology and treatment of skin cancer.

Since user's expectations and requirements constantly change, it is important to include their preferences in offering of web services. A user profile, used in web service personalization, is a structured construct containing information both directly and indirectly pertaining to a user's preferences, behavior and context. Effective personalization requires services to build and maintain accurate models of a customer's preferences, interests and background through a user profile. Building effective user profiles can benefit from different research contributions in different areas, including security, statistical prediction and mining etc. In this paper we focus on the dynamic evaluation of user profiles for personalization of web services based on service usage log.

Web services are one means by which we can fulfil all these demands in an easy and efficient way. Web Services are based on Service Oriented Architecture which enables application-to-application communication over the internet and easy accessibility to heterogeneous applications and devices. As web services proliferate and become more sophisticated and interdependent, the issues regarding their publication and discovery become of utmost importance. Discovering web services using search techniques offered by existing UDDI APIs may not result in the search results that are appropriate to service requestor"s needs. In this paper we have proposed a User Oriented Web Services Discovery framework that takes into account not only the functional parameters based on keywords but also non functional parameters such as QoS Parameters. Further we also use data mining techniques and Service Rating based on QoS Parameters for efficient and effective web service discovery. As an additional facility we have used a specially designed engine which can help a service provider in dynamic deployment as well as publishing of Web Services along with the QoS based search.

There are a very few datasets available regarding Quality of Service (QoS) for web services since web services datasets are difficult to create. The reason being that it requires more effort to collect service information from various sources and structure it into a dataset. QWS dataset [5] is a data set which contains quality of service parameters for Web Services. However, this dataset includes only nine quality of service parameters and misses on some very important nonfunctional attributes such as security, interoperability and robustness which may be important while discovering web services which are sensitive in nature. This constitutes the class of services used for defense applications related to national security and service related to heavy financial transactions. In this paper, a method of web service classification has been proposed based on QoS Parameters of web services. Additionally an extended QoS parameters data set has been created using statistical techniques and concept of Highly Normalized Function. This extended dataset consists of unlabeled samples, which are processed to generate labeled dataset. This synthetic dataset has been named as Non-functional Parameters Dataset (NfPD).

In general using labeled data has been more difficult and time consuming than using unlabeled samples. There are several methods that could be used to build a classifier using unlabeled samples. However these may suffer from poor classification
