Tomas Kosumbersky (*1967) studied economics at the Technical University of Liberec (Czechia, Bohemia). He has devoted his entire professional life to economics and related sciences (marketing, management) and has spent the last twenty years in the healthcare sector.
He is currently the CEO of the Healthcare Education Institute. He is extensively involved in publishing and lecturing in his field.
Apart from his profession, physics (and related cosmology) has been his lifelong interest. He began his activities in physics in 2016 with the self-published book TIME THEORY. In 2019, he lectured at the PHYSICS BEYOND RELATIVITY conference in Prague.
He is just a recreational squash player and, in his free time, likes to sit at the piano. He spends the rest of his life "actively" relaxing, traveling, and enjoying an ordinary family life.

THE REAL ELEMENTS OF SPACETIME, CRITIQUE OF RELATIVISM IN PHYSICS

This paper critically re-evaluates the Theory of Relativity (TR), challenging its foundations and... more This paper critically re-evaluates the Theory of Relativity (TR), challenging its foundations and proposing an alternative based on Euclidean geometry and motion symmetry. We acknowledge TR's experimental successes in many aspects. However, we argue that the principle of relativity leads to logical inconsistencies that undermine its coherence. This is particularly true for its interpretation as the relativity of motion and the absence of a preferred reference frame. The concept of spacetime curvature is challenged as a deviation from Euclidean geometry, historically fundamental to our understanding of the universe. The paper also highlights a critical inconsistency in TR's treatment of gravitational and electromagnetic fields; this is exemplified by the problematic Schwarzschild solution. Instead, we propose a new framework. This framework privileges the barycenter as a preferred reference. It reflects the symmetry of motion. Additionally, it maintains Euclidean geometry for a more consistent description of spacetime. We use complex numbers to demonstrate the elegant description of spacetime dynamics, where the complex plane naturally represents space-time analogy. The mathematics, employing classical trigonometry, reveals that the apparent speed-of-light limit isn't a physical constraint but a consequence of Euclidean spacetime. This framework posits that motion is objective concerning the barycenter and presents corrected relations for both gravitational and electromagnetic fields. This re-examination of relativistic physics suggests that classical mathematical and geometric tools offer a more logically coherent and accurate model. We call for re-evaluating relativistic physics, proposing that this classical approach provides a more consistent description of physical phenomena.
