Teresa Nobre

Teresa Nobre is an attorney-at-law based in Lisbon, Portugal. Teresa holds a university degree in Law from the University of Lisbon Faculty of Law (2003) and a LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (2009). Teresa is a member of the Communia International Association on the Digital Public Domain, where she is involved in the on-going copyright reform debate in Europe. She is also Creative Commons Portugal legal lead. Her research to date has been focused on exceptions and limitations to copyright in Europe, mainly educational exceptions. She has compared the main features of different educational exceptions across more than 45 European countries.
