Stephanie Elizabeth Sánchez Huerta
If you came here to know me better, I give you a warm welcome. My name is Stephanie, I am studying the bachelor in International Relations at ITAM and I love history and culture.
I am passionate about helping people to develop their potential and also giving aid to those that need it the most. I believe that if we join forces we can achieve to see a better world to get to the point where we all have a good quality life; therefore I would like one day to work in an International Organization or in the Mexican Foreign Service.
I have been an exchange student in Denmark and in Türkiye which have made my adaptation process to new environments a lot easier.
Studying at ITAM does not prevent you from developing in other areas or pursuing just an academic routine, which is why I think it is essential to participate in extracurricular activities. I am part of the ITAM Cheerleading team and I was also a volunteer at AIESEC and Rotary International. My biggest hobby is learning languages, therefore I have dedicated my free time to learn them, consequently I speak Spanish, English, French, Danish, a little bit of Italian and a little bit of Mandarin Chinese and just recently I started studying Turkish since I lived there for 4 months as an Erasmus + exchange student at Koç Üniversitesi.

annexation to Syria.
In 1920 Lebanon was declared independent but still under the French Mandate, a series of sectarian policies were introduced which started the rivalry between ethnic groups and would never see an end. As a measure of political appeasement and reduction of conflict in the territory, the National Pact was born in 1943 but a census was previously done as a tool to legitimize the way in which power would be distributed according to the proportional size of each confessional family.
