Numerous universities worldwide have recently adopted Moodle as an e-learning platform due to its potential advantages. This Learning Management System was introduced into Algerian higher education last decade, especially when the COVID-19 pandemic began to spread. This article examines the effectiveness and benefits of learning via the Moodle platform for EFL teachers and students at Salhi Ahmed University Centre in Naama. To investigate this, the researchers employed a methodology involving two questionnaires: one targeting a sample of 15 EFL teachers and another for around 70 students. In addition to the platform's popularity among educators and students, the findings reveal a general appreciation for Moodle-based learning. Nevertheless, challenges such as accessibility and the need for ongoing teacher training in assessment persist. Addressing these Moodle-related issues could enhance the quality of education, aligning the institution with global trends in digital education.
