The generic objective is to optimize the distance traveled by the MMUs as well as optimizing the associated cost. These MMUs are located at a central depot. The idea is to provide improved healthcare to the rural people of India. The solution is obtained in two stages: preparing a mathematical model with the most suitable parameters, and then in the second phase, implementing an algorithm to obtain an optimized solution. The solution is focused on multiple parameters, including the number of vans, number of specialists, total distance, total travel time, and others. The solution is further supported by Reinforcement Learning, explaining the best possible optimized route and total distance traveled.

With the extraordinary advances taking place in the field of medical science, we are now focused on finding "biological solutions to biological problems."Regenerating the whole tooth is no more a dream. The credit of bio-engineering the tooth goes to stem cells. Stem cells have revolutionized the entire health care delivery. So, the time is certainly ripe for us to familiarize ourselves with stem cells. The aim of this review is to outline stem cells and its application in dentistry. ABSTRACT ARTICLE HISTORY

Perinatal mortality after 42 weeks is twice as compared to the perinatal mortality at 40 weeks and by 44 weeks the rate is increased up to threefold. In cases of prolonged pregnancy, fetus is more at risk of hypoxia during labor than a fetus at term. Methods: This cross sectional observational study of feto-maternal outcome in post dated pregnancy (Women beyond 40 weeks of gestation) was carried out in the department of obstetrics and gynaecology in a rural based tertiary care centre from October 2016 to September 2018, willing to participate and fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the study period. Results: Majority i.e. 45 patients (46.9%) went into spontaneous labour and delivered vaginally, whereas 16 patients (16.7%) required caesarean section. With the latest emerging technologies, it has become crucial to have a bibliometric analysis of supply chain management (SCM) in the healthcare sector. The paper represents the analysis of research supply chain in the service sector using artificial intelligence techniques. The main aim of the analysis is to accomplish the technology in healthcare supply chain management using SCOPUS, Google Scholar, Research Gate, etc. and the various softwares like Gephi, GSP Visualizer, etc. The bibliometric analysis shows that India has ranked 4th in publishing documents on healthcare supply chain and artificial intelligence after the US, China and the UK. The prominent keywords used are supply chain management and the healthcare sector. Artificial Intelligence is another vital keyword for this study, which applies to all domains.

Hence, there is a need to consider all the aspects that are responsible for uncertainties in supply chain management environment. There has been increasing dependence on supplier’s side that triggers companies more prone to risk and uncertainties. This chapter considers all the uncertainty factors from supplier’s perspective in supply chain management. The major factors are production, transportation, inventory, penalty and discounts. Thus, a supply chain model is established that explicitly incorporates all the factors responsible for the uncertainty from supplier’s side in supply chain environment. The problem objective is to minimize overall cost considering demand satisfaction and profit. The chapter also highlights the root causes of uncertainty and various modelling approaches used in supply chain under uncertainty.
