Shirley Holmlund has a Bachelor of Education Degree and Diploma in Educational Media & Technology. Her career as teacher and Media Specialist, gave her the setting for serving the educational community in student learning. She pursued learning strategies, and elevated her awareness in her interactions with others.

In 2011 Ms. Holmlund was introduced to Mr. Mahendra Trivedi, who provided the focus she was seeking.
