This study aims to emphasize the importance of work-life balance and to examine the relationship between work-life balance and happiness. Focusing on physical activities and workplace health among the various ways for employee health is one way to ensure employee health and productivity. Managing long working hours in personal life increases employee stress. It consists of various fields related to the IT industry, computer, and digital information. IT professionals are the most in-demand members of today's labor market, as the industry's largest companies fight to expand the adoption of digital technologies. Employers are continually striving to ensure that their employees do their jobs in the best possible way without getting tired. Employee Work-Life Balance is measured by the employee's mental and physical investment in the workplace. You are dedicated to your work in terms of time, energy, and level of motivation to work towards achieving organizational success. This paper purposes to measure happiness and employee work-life balance as a measure of physical activity. Smart-PLS 3.2.8 creates a conceptual reflex model using measures of physical activity and happiness and work-life balance as survey components.

Many of the old performance appraisal methods have been absorbed into the concept of Performance Management, which aims to be a more extensive and comprehensive process of management. Some of the developments that have shaped Performance Management in recent years are the differentiation of employees or talent management, management by objectives and constant monitoring and review. In this paper, authors describe that how PMS helps the employees to work for promotion. This paper also highlights the employee’s attitude towards present performance management system. To achieve these objectives, author use discriptive study by using sample of fifty employees of the organisation and to check the realibility chi – square test was used.

Here we will going to combine two different algorithms which are RSA algorithm and El-Gamal algorithm and hence form a new algorithm named as RSAELGAMAL algorithm. The results will be implemented with the help of JAVA, Such that the combined RSA-ELGAMAL algorithm will be written in JAVA code hence run on it. We will be going to find the time of different bit length of a same text massage, such as “hello”. By increasing the bit length of the same massage will going to increase the complexity of the massage, due to which the hacker will be failed to crack the massage. We were having one more opposition to increase massage size instead of bit length but it is more complex and confusing because with the increase in massage size the memory space will increase the whole process will be very complicated and confusing. Cost estimation is to precisely assess required assets and schedules for software improvement ventures, and it includes a number of things under its wide umbrella, for example, estimation of the effort required, estimation of the size of the software product to be produced, and last but not the least estimating the cost of the project. The overall project life cycle is impacted by the accurate prediction of the software development cost. Lots of models for software cost estimations are proposed by researchers. The COCOMO model makes employments of multilayer feedforward neural system while being actualized and prepared to utilize the perceptron learning algorithm. To test and prepare the system, the COCOMO dataset is actualized. Whatever result is generated from multilayer neural system is then compared with Kaushik [12]. This paper has the goal of creating the quantitative measure not only in the current model but also in our proposed model.

The algorithm chosen for cryptography should satisfy the conditions of authentication, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation. Recent years have witnessed the phenomenal growth of RSA. We design an algorithm to merge both enhanced RSA algorithm and El-Gamal algorithm to provide user with a higher level of data security. The enhanced RSA algorithm enables faster encryption and decryption process and generating public and private key faster than the original RSA. The Enhanced RSA Cryptosystem is based on Integer Factorization Problem (IFP), while the El-Gamal Cryptosystem is based on Discrete Logarithm Problem (DLP). This model works on the basis of combining IFP and DLP.

This is basic to secure information that can just approve people can get to the patient&#39;s medical report. To grant the security for the data of the patient we proposed Block Chain technology. Which is decentralized architecture, where data is stored in from of blocks for processing. In this health care sector the security of patient data is to be maitained. This block chain is composed in three phases: 1. Authentication– we use Quantum Cryptography, 2. Encryption – we use AES and for, 3. Data Retrieval – we use SHA algorithms are used to resist the frequent attacks. This framework ensure the protection of the patients and moreover keeps up the security and trustworthiness of the health care system.
