The problems arising in the conjunction magnitude of information technology devices are how to manage, maintain, and calculate the amount of required investments. The purposes of this study are to measurepreventive and corrective cost optimization maintenance which determines the most optimal performance for alternative maintenance activity. The case studies in this research is PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +) West Java focusing on how the process of customer service telecommunication maintenance. Analysis techniques used are descriptive and optimization analysis. Masalah yang timbul bersamaan besarnya perangkat teknologi informasi adalah bagaimana mengelola, memelihara, dan menghitung besarnya investasi yang diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur optimalisasi biaya pemeliharaan baik preventif maupun korektif yang selanjutnya menentukan alternatif kegiatan pemeliharaan yang paling optimal. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Regional Jawa Barat yang merupakan perusahaan berfokus pada pemeliharaan proses pelayanan pelanggan telekomunikasi dan informasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis optimalisasi. Tingkat biaya pemeliharaan korektif diketahui menggunakan probabilitas kerusakan layanan, rata-rata biaya kerusakan layanan setiap periode pada tahun 2011-2014, dan dengan rumus analisis biaya korektif.
