Since its inception, this project has not only reshaped investment landscapes but also profoundly impacted the northern region of Morocco, particularly the rural areas between the Tangier Med Port and the city of Tanger, which have become hubs of industrial activity. By delving into this topic, we aim to uncover the varied effects of large-scale development projects on people and their environments. We consider economic, social, and cultural dimensions at local, regional, and national levels, helping us to identify both the positive and negative outcomes of these investments. Understanding how local leaders and communities interact with these changes is crucial for grasping the full impact of such projects. Our approach combines descriptive and analytical methods, allowing us to examine multiple facets of the issues at hand. We also incorporate a historical perspective to trace the industrial evolution of Tangier since the early 2000s. Methodologically, we utilized geographic research techniques, including bibliographic research, field observations, surveys, and interviews. We analyzed both quantitative and qualitative data, presenting our findings through various tools like charts and maps to better illustrate the dynamics at play.

Indeed, it is now exploring new digital dimensions where the boundaries between the real and the virtual are blurring, paving the way for unprecedented creativity. In this context, this research examines how digital technologies are reshaping urban art in an increasingly connected world. The core issue lies in the reinterpretation of street art's identity in an environment where the distinction between physical and virtual becomes unclear, challenging notions of authenticity and the role of the artwork in this new setting. Moreover, this topic is of crucial importance, as this transformation raises major questions regarding the value of art, public participation, and its cultural and social implications. To address these challenges, the methodology employed combines a qualitative analysis of artworks with a study of social media interactions to capture emerging perceptions and practices. Additionally, the study highlights the challenges and opportunities that digital technologies offer to street art and contemporary artists while encouraging a deeper reflection on the future of art at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds.

As countries implemented measures like lockdowns, social distancing, and mandatory mask-wearing, many people surprisingly chose not to comply. This lack of adherence often stemmed from a misunderstanding of the serious health risks involved. In Tunisia, for instance, even as infection and death rates rose sharply, many remained unaware of the pandemic's broader societal effects. Our research seeks to understand how people's daily practices, perceptions, and attitudes evolved during this time. By observing daily events and using a descriptive approach, we aimed to create a clear picture of life in Tunisia amid the crisis. One of our key findings highlights the emergence of selfish behaviors, indifference, and a decline in both individual and collective responsibility, largely due to a weak culture of common sense. Ultimately, overcoming the challenges of a pandemic requires everyone in society to come together. Successfully managing these health crises isn't just about medical solutions; it's also about understanding their impact on our communities. By promoting awareness and a sense of shared responsibility, we can better prepare for future challenges and strengthen our bonds as a community. Together, we can navigate the complexities of such crises and emerge more resilient.

This paper is based on the premise that the effects of plurilingualism manifest in various forms, depending on multiple cognitive, linguistic, sociolinguistic, and other factors and variables. In this regard, we present the most prominent approaches to learning in the context of multilingualism, using a descriptive-analytical methodology, including the sociolinguistic approach that links learning to the social status of acquired and learning language, which leads to different types of bilingualism: additive and subtractive bilingualism. We also discuss the cognitive hypotheses proposed by researcher Jim Cummins, specifically the Interdependence Hypothesis and the Threshold Hypothesis. Furthermore, this article highlights the effect of language transfer on learning, which takes two distinct forms: positive transfer and negative transfer, depending on the similarities and differences between prior linguistic habits and the target languages.

This dynamic creates a vivid image of the accused, enriched with unique artistic and semantic layers. As a result, these rhetorical texts move beyond rigid political discourse and traditional persuasive arguments, opening up new possibilities for understanding their literary value, which extends beyond mere historical or rhetorical analysis. In the first section, we delve into the various ways the addressee is referenced and the meanings these references convey. We also identify the accusations made against the addressee, whether directly or indirectly. Additionally, we examine the techniques used to depict the addressee and convey their different statuses, shaping their literary image through both descriptive and narrative approaches. This process allows the addressee to take on symbolic meanings that may exceed the apparent intentions of the text, sometimes even contradicting them. By employing this approach to study the image of the addressee in these ancient rhetorical texts, we open up new avenues for exploring both ancient and modern rhetoric, drawing on fresh perspectives from genres, semiotics, and linguistics.

This selective focus enhances cognitive efficiency, allowing for deeper processing and better retention of information. Effective attention management is essential for efficient learning, as it helps learners concentrate on important material, thereby improving comprehension and memory. Educational strategies that engage and stimulate attention, such as interactive and problem-solving approaches, can significantly enhance learning outcomes. Theoretical models, like Broadbent's filter theory, illustrate how attention operates within cognitive systems, emphasizing its critical role in managing information flow during learning tasks. Overall, attention is fundamental to the learning process, directly influencing how information is processed, stored, and recalled, making it a central focus in both educational practices and cognitive research.

The difficulty arises from the fact those terms carry deep cultural and semantic layers that are embedded in the original text. Therefore, the translator must not only convey the linguistic elements of the term but also translate its significance within the broader societal context. While the concept may remain consistent across cultures, the terminology itself often varies from one society to another.

This novel delves into the intricate cultural dialogue between the Self and the Other, specifically examining the relationship between the Arab East and the European West. In our exploration, we focus on "La goutte d'or" as a rich setting to study how the literary world of the novel interacts with the art of photography. A central question guides our inquiry: How effectively can photography reflect the essence of the Arab Self in its relationship with the Western/French Other? To address this question, we will approach the text from two angles: one that analyzes its narrative and semiotic elements, and another that applies a cultural critical lens. This combination will help foster a deeper understanding and energize our analytical thinking about the novel.

The technological revolution resulted in the birth of a relationship between language and computers, through which engineers tried to standardize the systematic structure of language and borrow the mental processing of it computer-wise, which resulted in Cognitive and inter-systematic problems at both levels, the level of the natural language system of humans, and the level of the computer system of the machine, which necessitated work on approaching the relationship of language to the computer from two angles: a cognitive angle that addresses the structure of mental thinking of language, and a computational angle that addresses the structure of computer thinking of information, so the process of computer metaphor It witnessed an advanced boom that reached the point of creativity. Artificial intelligence took a bold turn in its dealings with language, which calls for discussing the issue of simulation of the functions of the mind by the artificial mind of the computer.

So, that man is the person who has been based whether on the philosophy of cultural fission or the philosophy of identity-existential fission. This vision should be built by adopting a sociological and cultural reading. In this respect, it is possible to call to mind, as a case study, two novels: a modern Francophone novel, produced by Idriss Chraibi, entitled "Civilization is My Mother" (2014), and a contemporary Francophone novel, produced by Fouad Laroui, entitled "Return to Casablanca" (2016). Nevertheless, the epistemological question that directs us and frames the research reading is as follows: To what extent has the modern and contemporary Francophone Moroccan novel been able to draw the features of the ontological being of the Moroccan person in light of his relationship with the socio-cultural and political environment that it contains? In what artistic, stylistic, and aesthetic form was the image of that person conveyed on the textual level? This problematic perception should be clarified, especially when we aim to read two novels proposing courses of textual-narrative imagination, where various social, cultural, historical, and ideological patterns/systems are formed and articulated.

The purpose of this literature review is to explore the psychological study of reading; In first place, we will be processing reading as a phenomenon in a human's life: encompassing the historical importance of literacy in general and reading in specific, developmental aspects, with a particular focus on childhood experiences and family environments. Then on the other hand, we will analyze reading from a purely psychological view, i.e. as a cognitive process by digging into the theoretical frameworks and discovering the various models of reading acquisition, the contributions of different fields in this study (e.g. neuroscience), especially cognitive psychology's role in understanding reading processes (word identification-word comprehension). We aimed to clarify the correlation between cognitive (memoryattention) and executive functioning (working memory-inhibition) on the one hand, and the reading process on the other, drawing support from a wide range of studies. Understanding these interrelationships enables us to conclude their implications for educational practices and cognitive development strategies. The literature search was primarily executed using databases like Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Scopus, ensuring a diverse array of scholarly sources. Thematic analysis was employed to categorize insights across the reviewed literature, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between reading, cognitive functions, and executive functions.

Given the power of the media, especially cinema, and television, the individual is as if absorbed by the ideas propagated, and his or her main concern is to perfect his or her social image, to follow the fashion for clothes, food, the decoration or music seen especially in American films, in other words, to conform to the American model; such is the reason behind the choice of subject for our article. this study aims to examine how the seventh art has played a major role in disseminating the American way of life, not only in America but throughout the world. The question is: how did American film propaganda contribute to the Americanization of the world and the creation of conformist individuals? To answer this problem, we based ourselves on a set of studies initiated by sociologists and great writers who provided us with the basic data and the necessary information on this new education of the world and on this passing way of life unnoticed, but whose effect we can see in our society and throughout the world. From this study, it became clear that the seventh art was indeed a gigantic tool of sociological propaganda, through which American culture and myths were disseminated to educate the public by dictating the exemplary behavior they should adopt, and consequently to produce conformist individuals while undermining the culture of the other.
