As a result, the paradigm shift of teachers on the teaching of research in new students with an impact on the improvement of educational practice, teaching and acquisition of learning at the group level, at the level of autonomous and global learning is highlighted ; the definition of lines of research as a basis for the development of teaching strategies such as the Student Guide, individual and group counseling, allowed obtaining results to connect research, diagnosis and subsequent social intervention from a real context; concluding that the main factor has been the promotion of confidence, self-esteem and empathy with one's own knowledge as a novel student..

The objective is to reflect on the didactic strategies used by teachers in the acquisition of investigative skills through the case study. As a result, the consolidation of a methodological guide, the didactic strategies to promote the acquisition of competences and a change of paradigm regarding the teaching of research in teachers and novice students is highlighted.
El problema investigado: Competencias de la Trabajadora Social y su Relación con la Demanda Labor... more El problema investigado: Competencias de la Trabajadora Social y su Relación con la Demanda Laboral en el Sector Salud Red Arequipa – Caylloma, 2015, es de campo y de nivel relacional, tiene dos variables: Competencias y Demanda laboral, siendo el objetivo establecer la relación que existe entre competencias y demanda laboral del sector salud. Se aplicó, como instrumento, un formulario de preguntas a 38 trabajadoras sociales y a 16 jefes inmediatos, para la obtención de los datos sobre la aplicación de competencias en este sector salud y su demanda laboral. Los resultados obtenidos nos permitió concluir que: Las características sociodemográficas de las trabajadoras sociales que predominan son de la edad de 40 a 49 años, en su totalidad, pertenecen al género femenino, son casadas; tienen de 16 a 25 años de ejercicio profesional y son nombradas.
